I so badly want to give a negative review. Hilariously pushy, tried to scam the check. and the food stunk as well (especially considering it was so expensive)
when we asked for tap water, they said they weren't able instead charged us 6.50 for 2 water bottles. I'd prefer to eat a cactus than go back.

I was surprised on several points, first the old guy come out the front door of the café and said the café is closed but come in and he will make us breakfast , surprised #1 what great costumer service. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. We had two Bacon and egg breakfast 1 latte, one bottle water, two croissants. Now the second surprise came when we saw the bill. Gave a 5.00 tip just because I'm from Vegas and are use to tipping. A tourist Trap, took advantage of persons that were hungry and grateful but just wound up as prey for this guy that made you feel he was doing you a favor.

We were traveling and getting ready to start the day. We happened to stop here since the outside appearance was welcoming but DON'T BE FOOLED! There are two green buildings that both appear to serve coffee and serve as a bakery too so it was a little confusing. We walked up into the larger building and a young lady coming out of the smaller building said "no!". Then she walked in ahead of us and we had to stop right by the door. The seating area was blocked, we weren't allowed to sit anywhere inside. An older gentleman bluntly asked what we wanted. Just coffee please. And why not a few croissants? Even better, he demanded we sit outside in the windy, chilly weather. "Go. Sit outside! I'll bring it to you!". Second strike for me was when he raised his voice to my daughter scolding her to "hold the napkin, hold it!" Two lattes, one Americano, and three croissants (with ONE measly innuendo of a napkin) later we were given a whopping $32 bill. Seriously? The cups weren't even filled to the brim. They were all the same amount which led me to believe it was most likely served from a Keurig. We went in one at a time to add sugar to our coffee and he stopped us asking us "What do you need?!". We experienced very rude service, awkwardness, and it was just unpleasant all the way around. Wish we could rate no stars. This is a tourist trap at its finest. Don't stop here unless you're filthy rich and enjoy being bossed around, told where to sit and what not to do, or if you enjoy being observed by all employees. It's creepy.

An weird store. Worthless to visit here. This store doesn't have menu. The old guy told me what they have. I had no idea about the foods price. I was surprised when I saw the bill. I felt like ripped off. Foods were o.k. but burgers are not worth to pay more than $10. Burgers are not served with french fries. Served with potato chips on paper plate. They say their bugers are best in the west. I don't think so.
The old guy is wierd. I wanted to change my seats to another table. When I moved to another seat he was shaking his head like saying "no". There was no other groups except my group. I don't see any problem about moving my seats. I felt so bad about it.
Every foods were served on paper plate. The coffee wasn't hot enough. The lukewarm coffee didn't taste good.
I had an wonderful trip in Bryce canyon except visiting this burger store.

Best croissant I had in ages. Ivo, the owner, bakes his own bread for burgers, that's a rare thing in US. And the home made lemonade is delicious, has some orange juice in it.

The food was phenomenal and the service was down right excellent! The coffee was the best I've had in a long time and I would not expect to find it here. The price was high but it was worth every penny!!!

There is no menu, so ask for prices before you order
Don't get fooled: what you get is minimal and what you pay is maximal.
