Way better and less expensive than the local Starbucks. If you drink coffee regularly then stopping here vs Starbucks will help save you money and you get to try a better variety of tastier drinks. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the drinks always come out quickly.

The service here is always fantastic, and the people who work here are absolutely amazing. But the past 3-4 times I’ve gone their coffee is SOUR almost like rotten milk, even weirder considering I get almond milk aswell. They’re usually really good, don’t know what’s being going on

I purposefully chose a place that was local instead of corporate as I passed through Orem, but I was remarkably disappointed. The service was so unfriendly and slow. I took the coffee to go, and after just one drink, I was so disgusted and had to simply throw it out. I'm not sure if it was their beans or the machine wasn't warmed up yet for the morning, but as a previous barista, I knew that an Americano should NOT have tasted as it did. If the service were slightly better, I would have given them the benefit of the doubt. I recommend you just go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here for the past few months now and every time I come I’m always in line for at least 15-20 minutes when there’s only 2-3 people in front of me. And every time I decide to give them another chance and it’s the same outcome every time. I have been to many different coffee shops and it never takes this long. Then when I arrive to the front they don’t even greet me and are not friendly at all. Coffee is great, customer service is terrible.

I love going here before work. The staff is awesome and I think their coffee is so much better then Starbucks

The biggest charm of this place is the beautiful people who work there. Personable and efficient, your beverage is served with a dose of human kindness. They support local artists and often have their work displayed on the walls. It draws people who smile at strangers and start conversations like old friends. An unassuming building, right off of State St., nothing special about layout or decor, YET I always feel like I've stepped into a respite from the outside world the minute I walk through the doors. * It has a drive thru too HOWEVER some drinks take time and you never know what someone ordered in front of you. They work at a record pace but sometimes, due to the nature of things, you're going to have to wait, slow down and smell the coffee...

This is our real coffee shop for locals n visitors it's super chill casual people and amazing coffee this is where I go if I have time to sit down n enjoy my coffee I recommend the Highlander groggy organic bean grown locally from ibis beans it's amazing. The only complaint is they can sometimes take a long time preparing all the speciality coffees but if ur just getting a brew in n out just a heads up

Was waiting here for a meeting with a client and one of the employees approached me asking me if I was going to order a coffee. I told her I was as soon as my client arrived for our meeting. She said I can’t just be sitting here loitering if I will not be ordering something. I told her how rude and that I was going to order something as soon as my client arrived. In the meantime there were four white guys sitting at the table next to me who were meeting and chatting drinking their drinks. They ordered without paying and paid when they were done. I thought this was incredibly rude and will never return here. I can imagine how they treat other people that are waiting.

Every time I go to juice n java someone working has some off put mood that just rubs me the wrong way... let me explain.
Ok, you don't want to be peppy, I get it, its work and it sucks. I don't even care if you're in a bad mood... but don't give me this whole not even acknowledge me garbage. It's like 90% of the time there's some alternating mega-hipster behind the counter and I'm just "not up to his / her standards" and they can smell it on me or something. I'm just a normal dude who like coffee, is that a prerequisite for never ever getting polite service / acknowledgement? Apparently so.
On the side note: There is one really nice girl who works there who is the only person who actually seems to know how to act in a service job. Thank you nice girl, you're the only one who actually deserves a tip. Also, I do enjoy the coffee...but it comes at a price. So if you can't handle being ignored unless you went to high school with the children behind the counter, I would avoid this place.

Ideal place to grab a coffee in Orem. Wonderful staff and amazing coffee set in a cozy coffee shop atmosphere. A great place to take a laptop and work for a few hours. They also have a wonderful selection of Italian sodas if coffee just isn't your thing.
