CHAT CHAT BOBA Inside Food Court

This place used to be really, really good. We went last weekend, and they have changed the menu and it is no longer good. My husband's mango milk tea was eye-poppingly sweet, and my rose milk tea tasted oddly chemical. We do not plan on returning.

The quality of the boba makes a good boba tea. On top of the high quality boba, this place offers great flavors, fast service, and they are very friendly. I will be back with friends!

Was very impressed with their drink selection. Their boba and their smoothies are amazing and it was only $1 to upgrade tho their larger size. Employees were all smiling and happy to give recommendations on their favorites. Especially for being in a mall, very well priced and delicious!!

CHAT CHAT BOBA’s customer service is the best! They upgraded my drink for free today because they made extra. Unbeknownst to the workers, it’s my birthday, and I really appreciated the generosity ☺️ Their boba drinks are the best in Utah!

Tarro, honeydew, coconut, and almond are the best flavors for smoothies, but they have tons of other flavors! Get the large, you won't regret it!

This place is soooooo good! The employees are SUPER friendly! Just moved to Utah 6 months ago and been looking for a boba spot. I think this is it! Reasonably priced! Friendly! Delicious! I tried their honey dew milk tea with rainbow jelly and my husband tried the strawberry banana smoothie with rainbow jelly!! 10/5

They were super nice here. I got my drink quickly and it was so good 🤩 I am definitely gonna visit here again soon. The milk tea they use is lactose free, so you don't need to worry about allergies. And you can choose to have your's with or without tea, so if you don't drink tea this is great.

I love this place. By far the beat tasting baba around, but the past few times my cup is just full of ice. I will be coming back, but I would like to be more satisfied.

Slightly overpriced. Boba not cooked very well. Menu needs to be a little more user friendly. Employees hard to understand. They questioned my choice of flavor combo! Who does that?!

Girls are really rude last weekend. They claim you ordered something you did not. My husband went 20 minutes after I left and they were just as rude and messed up that order as well. According to the girls, they are right and the customer is wrong even though I have ordered the same thing since they opened. Disappointed and sad that the guy who was always there taking my order and knew my order when he saw me, is not there anymore. My family won't be back. It's sad because I love their drinks.
