Good hot food, small lines, not a bad experience.

Management in this store is the worst! The servers care more than the management. I am attaching pictures of what the entrance of the store looked like early this week (Thursday) when I went to get breakfast prior to going to school. There were 4 of us in the store and I asked the management to possibly create a path for customers to come in- His response- "I will let the property management know." I would have expected something like this: " I will take care of this right now." Or even gone outside to get a feel for what was happening. Another customer let him know that if someone fell in his property, he could have something worst in his hands to deal with.

I've always heard such amazing things about this place so I was very surprised with how low the quality of my food was. I had ordered privately online, my husband went & picked it up & brought it home. I ordered a bacon avocado breakfast wrap & some pastries. I will say, the pastries are fantastic, even though they're not same day fresh. My major disappointment was with my wrap. It felt mushy & soggy. Almost as if it had been made a day in advance as well. I'm sorry to say I most likely will not be returning.

I normally don't have any issues with corner bakery. I love their food and this review is solely based on one employee. I know they have the option to make cold chai lattes. On 8/31/2020 at 10:07 a.m I had ordered a chai latte on their rewards app. Their rewards app and doordash do not have the option to select and ice chai or even a chai latte cold with no ice. The options in the app are Expresso beverages - hot chai latte - size option -then milk and sugar option. There is a box to name the order but last time I used it the store said the message got cut off and they made it hot. The options on door dash is just hot chai latte. After placing the order, I called the store at 10:08 to let them know I wanted chai latte cold with no ice. The girl who answered had an attitude and said "Just so you know for a future call ahead choose the correct option." I said "I didn't see it." Her reply was "well it's there." I wasn't going to argue with her. I'm a customer service quality assurance analyst and I'd like to give my feedback. Instead of passively telling the customer they did something wrong, walk them through how to do it correctly. Maybe then you will realize there is no option. Try saying something like "I'd be happy to do that for you. I can also show you how to order it through the app so you no longer have to call in." This way you will be using positive phrasing and self help options and avoid bad reviews. :)

I had the Berry & Almond Overnight Oats and it was so delicious. Great price and the serving was way bigger than I was expecting, so a surprisingly hearty breakfast. Plus it’s pretty!

They had free a really nice atmosphere as well as good service. also free WiFi so I could work on job searching. Highly recommend.

They food was great and a good price

We ordered through grub hub and will never order from here again. $6.50 for a bowl of chicken noodle soup that had no chicken or noodles. It was just broth. Not to mention that it was small! For that price I would have expected a much larger portion! When I called to complain I was told that it is just how their chicken noodle is! Mostly broth!! Don't call it chicken noodle if it's missing those 2 ingredients!! Also, half our order was missing and we didn't get any crackers which we requested extra of! Go somewhere else and get more for your money and better service!
