Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Highly disappointed with the quality of this shop. The orders took a long time. The staff were on their phones, with bare hands, half of the time they were working, and then would put the phones in their pockets and keep working on orders, with bare hands and without washing hands. I was grossed out. My drink wasn't very good either. I've had this drink more times than I can count over the past decade and it used to be quite good. Not going to this place again!

Working at Starbucks for two an a half years going to a newer coffee shop expecting the same vibrant upbeat experience was greatly disappointed when I was greeted with a sour face and rude customer service everyone behind the counter acted like they would rather do anything but be pleasant and inviting poor way to gain customer rapport

This coffee shop was exactly what I needed today. With all the Covid lockouts, it's nice to have a place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee.
The drinks are good and the staff is friendly.

Cute place to get coffee and other drinks, there’s a good variety. Staff is quick with getting orders out, which was great. My drink didn’t have any issues, it tasted fruity and delicious. I’m always excited to go here when visiting the mall.

Typical clothing store coffee shop in a mall. They did get my order correct and it came out in a reasonable amount of time given the line. All though my coffee could have been a bit warmer

Never once seen their store manager help the employees. Disappointing

The employees here need an attitude adjustment. Our drink was made incorrectly and we politely asked it to be fixed and literally got an eye roll. Unacceptable. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not sure what I did wrong when I paid $7 for oat milk and ice

It was my first visit and probably the last. They forgot to make my latte.
On a question when can I get it done - sorry, our coffee maker is 'on a service'.
But when I mentioned that previous customer got hers in a few second earlier they told that 'coffee maker make coffee once in 15 minutes'.

Perfect reason for me to avoid this place.

Just saying not great coffee. Not a fan, but that is my own opinion.
Much better coffee places in Utah local if that, which are the best.
Recommend High Point Coffee and HiddenPeak two of my favs. It's like you have to enjoy what your palate wants you to. Flavors are what gets me. It's like trying wine, whiskey or even coffees, yes it should be that whatever suites your palate but I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for that. Again my own opinion.

Pay attention to your customers and your regular customers
Get to know them
Their orders their names
One day it would be great if you got the name right and anticipated my needs
But that’s not gonna happen
I I’ll get my coffee somewhere else
Has not been a pleasant experience and people have just been rude
Insensitive
Not worth it
