Amazing food. Friendly and thoughtful service. Incredible sweets. Very cool retail shop. Your search is done, come here for breakfast or lunch.

Food was great, lots of unique treats that looked too good to pass up, and unique breakfast options that still satisfy picky eaters. Friendly and good service.

The Kopellani (sp?) Was DELICIOUS!!!! There was a taste of lemon cake on the side which left me drooling for more. I got a giant chocolate cookie which looks like it will be amazing! The people were VERY friendly as well.

Really friendly staff and a great salad with jalapeño cheddar scone.

I just love this place! Ordered from them 3 times and loved each one! They are impeccably accommodating too with online orders.

Great food! We got sandwiches to go and ate them in the NP. Unique flavors. Loved the smoked salmon salad too!! Also all the employees we interacted with were very helpful, kind, and cheerful.

Food is a bit pricey but tasty. Cute place to get a fun gift for someone special. Loved the service, very friendly.

Great breakfast but we really enjoyed their wraps to take into the national parks for lunch!!

Ate here twice; first for lunch, and had a good salad and enjoyed a scone. This morning, had a really disappointing breakfast burrito (couldn’t finish it was so unappetizing) and felt overwhelmed by the heavily-sugared goods we tried. No Wi-Fi, which we didn’t realize ahead of time. Staff is really lovely, though.

I tried out Sweet Cravings Bakery + Bistro / The Breakfast Spot the other day as I was checking out of my Moab hotel and heading back to Colorado. I decided to order The Benedict Burrito (flour tortilla filled with hash-browns, spinach, Swiss cheese, Hollandaise sauce, and scrambled eggs) as well as a cold brew to-go. What an amazing burrito it was! I had never imagined that you could make a breakfast burrito with Hollandaise sauce, what a pleasant surprise!
Will definitely come back here when I'm in Moab again.
