Stacked

I really wanted to give this place 5-Stars. The food was excellent! My Lemon Poppyseed pancakes were amazing and if that was the only thing I was reviewing, definitely 5-Stars. But the facility leaves a lot to be desired. The cleanliness of the couch at the front of the store left a lot to be desired. They have kind of a cool hangout room on a mezzanine that would be great for a teenage or college hangout. The seating at the back was adequate and clean but the smell from the bathrooms was horrible! I'm not sure if their plumbing backed up or if someone just had a problem in the bathroom but the whe seating area smelled like a sewer. So, one star off for stink and dirty couches. Next time I'll order my food for pickup in advance. Then I can eat the delicious food without the sewer smell!

I wish someone would’ve told me about this place! We ended up here after the place nearby that we had planned on eating at had shut downs with out our knowing. It was INCREDIBLE and I’ve been craving it ever since! I also appreciate the location and feel of the establishment. Plus there was art to be purchased which made waiting for quicker as we looked through the options. The staff was great too!

We have been to Stacked a number of times and have been happy with the food and service. However, the past two times have been a disappointment. The service has been slow and the product inconsistent, especially their sandwiches (the sandwiches never seem to come with all the elements they are supposed to have).

Most recently, we were told the wait would be 20-30 minutes after we ordered. After 45 minutes, our food was delivered. They could be so much more efficient on how they cook and prepare their food. The griddle was empty for long periods of time during a busy rush. Anyway, when they brought our food out, we didn't get a half stack that we ordered and paid for. Or at least that's what we believe. We were told we in fact didn't pay for or order these other pancakes. So we had to pay for more pancakes and wait for them as well.

A little customer service would have gone a long way in this situation. We waited well beyond the estimate and we still believe we paid for more pancakes than we received. The cost will likely be that we don't return until the service issues are corrected.

The pancakes were great. Delicious even but there online said they were bigger than the average size pancakes (they were not ) I got sausage it was super cold as well as bacon and that didn't have a slight crispyness to it at all. And on top of that,
what I was really disappointed with the most is they didn't have baby changing tables in the bathrooms. We drove a long way for this place and was kind of disappointed.

Awesome service, happy people, terrific food (as always).... with a lovely view and food so yummy we couldn't wait to eat before taking a picture!

This place is always so delicious, it easily curbs those (all day) breakfast cravings. I'm not even a huge fan of pancakes but I LOVE Stacked. My biggest complaint would be their prices but they make good enough quality that they can justify themselves. And their punch card keeps me coming back.

Pancakes are amazing especially with the buttermilk syrup! The French toast is also amazing!

I hate to leave a bad review, because I really wanted to like this place. My husband and I went here on a Friday morning. The girl taking my order wasn’t overly friendly, but the other guy working made up for it by being kind. We had to look at several tables before finding a clean one, and some of the chairs are super uncomfortable. I got the Butter Bacon and my husband got the Strawberries and Cream. The pancakes were okay, but kind of gummy. I was excited about the syrup, but it was super grainy and the texture was off putting. There were no lids or straws for the drinks, and after tipping with the purchase an employee informed us that we bus our own table. Overall it was a disappointing visit.

A more causal Cafe like experience with great service and delicious vegan pancakes.

Wow y'all bi don't think I have ever waited 30 minutes for one sandwich before in my entire life. The employees just left me sitting on the couch instead of calling my order I was the only one in the store they were too busy talking
