So fast and good. The sausage gravy was amazing and the hollandaise was light and creamy. The atmosphere is casual. They have some neat antiques around, like the Shoeshine stand and Indian motorcycle.

Best breakfast restaurant of all time! High quality fresh food, great portions. Our service from Samantha was outstanding. Highly recommend! Love the meat lovers skillet and cinnamon swirl pancake.

We knew we were going to visit Logan, Utah so we knew that we mustn’t miss eating at Herm’s! Wow, did it live up to the hype… everyone else had one of their tempting breakfast plates, but eating ‘Keto’ I was imagining feeling short-changed by ‘just’ having a salad. Let me say that with just one bite of their Cobb Salad, I was sold; this was one of the best Cobb Salads I’ve ever had! PLENTY of chicken, bacon, avocado, etc. Fantastic!!!

Great coffee, very bold dark brew. Food was good. This is the Vegan Power house. Black beans, tofu scramble, avocado, salsa and choice of tortilla or toast. Very accommodating for vegetarian and vegan. They had veggie sausage as well. The wait was about 50 mins on Sunday at 10:30am. They get very busy.

Out for breakfast? Went there for my wife's Christmas party. We had a group of about16 that were hungry for breakfast. The food and proportions were good. My wife's stuffed French toast was better than my biscuits and gravy.

The gravy is home made with sausage and the biscuits were great. Plenty of spuds and two eggs. Only real complaint was the gravy was lukewarm. The wife's French toast was spot on with cream cheese filling topped with fresh strawberries and some lemon butter.

I dropped them a star cause they brought the food out slow. If we waited until everyone was served it would all have been cold. One dish didn't come out until most were already done eating. Not sure it is the best place for large groups. Parking was a bit of a challenge as well. When I go back it will be for the French toast.

BIG portions. Good food. Service was stretched thin because it was so busy but good when they had time to visit the table. Parking was a little tricky to find. We had an hour wait on a Saturday at 10 AM for 10 people.

Delicious diner food, the only downside is the wait because everyone loves it so much. They take reservations 24 hrs in advance so definitely take advantage of that.

I'd recommend the Greek skillet and the stuffed french toast

We love going to Herm's! Some say that there is a long wait time. We have found that it works great to make a reservation and we are able to get right in. My wife and I have been coming here for quite some time. We really enjoy the quality of the food and the amount given. We also like the family friendly atmosphere. It is not too loud allowing for us to easily talk to each other. The staff are amazing! They are friendly and do a fantastic job of making sure we are taken care of. There has only been two times where we had to wait a while for our food, which can happen on occasion at any restaurant. The wait was well worth it! We have had to wait at other places for an hour before getting out food.
I highly recommend giving Herm's a try!

Excellent breakfast, I had the all meat skillet, and my daughter the biscuits and gravy. They were delicious. The potatoes are amazing.

Visited again with all my girls and it was a huge hit. I think my favorite is now the chicken and a biscuit. Soooooo very good. Nothing was bad at all. This our favorite in Logan. Great service wonderful food, excellent atmosphere.

Great breakfast place. Wait times are long but price is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast potatoes were awesome and so was the pancakes.
