Elevated Grounds Coffee and Espresso

The place in perfect! Great coffee. Quiet nice music. Fast wi-fi. Amazing baristas! Highly recommended by a person who visited several hundred of coffeeshops around the world (yap, that’s me!)

This place is a gem! There is parking and pretty views. The coffee was great and the people were extremely friendly. It is pet friendly and my dog loved the treat they took the time to mush in the microwave because she doesn't have any teeth lol. I didn't ask they just offered when I said why she probably wouldn't eat a bone. The sandwiches are delicious, too. Loved it!

Elevated Grounds is excellent! I've net the owner there several times and she's super friendly and has hired great staff to help run the shop. It's always super clean and they have cool art and stickers from locals that they sell around the shop as well. My favorite drinks to get are the monthly specials or the employee favorites!

Bacon egg and cheese bagel is delicious. Tastes home made. All the smoothies I have had are delicious. I've had the very berry, strawberry, raspberry and peach.

I’ve been coming to Elevated Grounds since I happened to find them on Google a couple of years ago. Their customer service is exceptional. There is always a smile waiting for you behind the counter. Also, I judge a coffee shop by the quality of their drip coffee. In my opinion, their medium roast is the best in the county.

This is the best coffee shop I have ever been to ever! The coffee is just simply my favorite. And I'm a big fan of the flavored ice lattes, hot chocolates, and lotus energy drinks. I highly suggest you go to here if you ever ever need coffee ever.

Elevated Grounds is a whole wreck -

The owner, Nikki, is extremely passive aggressive and harmful to the overall work environment. She will gaslight and manipulate her employees. She underpays them and expects work to be done faster than humanly possible. When problems in service are pointed out by another employee, she will ignore it entirely. She will also refuse to use AC on the weekends, instead having the employees use swamp coolers that barely work (this leaves the room at about 90 degrees or hotter in the summer).

The baristas are amazing but, per Nikki's instruction, they don't follow food safety guidelines (wearing gloves when making food, etc.). The overall quality of service is very poor, and most everything sold here can be purchased at another local coffee shop where your money will be put to good use and given to good people.

Until these problems are fixed, I would recommend avoiding this cafe.

Very cute and quaint place! Coffee is good, baristas are nice, and vibe is great! I would try to expand the place because it is very small. Great for studying or a date. Location is a little odd but that’s not a big deal. Would definitely recommend coming here!

My go to coffee place! The coffee is delicious and always fresh. Atmosphere has a cool vibe. The staff are kind and give great drink suggestions. A definite place to stop and get your coffee fix!!
