Dutch Bros Coffee

We’ve heard great things about Dutch Bros Coffee, so we decided to stop by after our trip to Home Depot.

We were absolutely blown away with how many options they had on their menu. Everything sounded delicious and we had the hardest time choosing just one drink. I finally settled on the Annihilator and my fiancé chose the Double Torture. We both got them hot and in a size large.

The Annihilator (chocolate macadamia nut breve) was okay. The coffee was really smooth, but the flavor wasn’t quite what I was expecting.
The Double Torture (extra double shot vanilla mocha) wasn’t quite what my fiancé was hoping for, but I thought it was delicious. It was sweeter than the Annihilator and had more flavor.

We were a little surprised with the sizes. We expected the large to be a little bigger than it was. I’m not sure how many ounces a large is and I couldn’t find that information on their website.
The inspirational messages on the coffee lids were pretty cool though!

There was a long like in the drive-thru, but there were employees in both lanes taking orders and payment. It made the line go so fast and it was a breeze when we got to the window! The employees were all really nice!

We will definitely go back and try something else. I think we just ordered the wrong thing this time.

I love your Coffee guys but unbelievable!!! I had to leave the line cuz I was already waiting 40 or more!!! minutes and no one even took my order, I suggest to hire more people attending with the tablets or more dispatchers, very upset 😒 please please fix that ASAP

Ordered two large golden eagle freezes. Great customer service, and the employees were laughing and joking when I arrived. Chill music outside with adaquate benches and tables. Overall good environment. Outstanding.

The staff at this store is my favorite. They’re always friendly, and don’t make a comment on whether I show up cleaned up and ready to go, or just rolled out of bed. 😆 They can get very busy, and the wait can be long, but if people could just figure out how the lines work (zipper, people!), it’s not so bad. I appreciate them being open so early (although the lines are almost too long at 5:15 in the morning for me to stop without being late for work), and for those days I don’t work, I appreciate them being open so very late. And, their manager is so super nice and friendly too! I don’t know her name, but between her and the people she’s hired, it’s a pleasant experience every time.

I’ve been coming to this location almost daily for over a year. I’ve gotten to know a lot of the staff, and they are always so friendly and have smiles on their faces. Even though my interactions with them are not very long they always ask how I’m doing, and even ask about my kids and are truly interested. Love coming here and will continue coming here and enjoying awesome drinks and awesome people!

Words cannot express how much I love this location. No matter what Dutch bros I go to I am always met with friendly workers who love conversations! This time specifically Kayla was absolutely amazing!!! Not was she super sweet and kind she made sure we liked what we got before we left! Soooo much better than Starbucks I’d give 10009 stars if I could! ❤️

I wish the menu had more items. I don't care to download and app or look online. The caramel hot chocolate was delicious. Maybe now that I know how to find the actual menu I'll try their coffee again. 1 out of 2 trips the drink tasted good. Worth another shot. The staff at this location was very friendly. The small store looked packed full of teenagers on top of each other but they had a great attitude and were very helpful and nice. I will also add I LOVE the quotes on the cups! Totally made my day!

The customer service here is top notch. The order takers are friendly and go out of their way to help you decide on a drink. I’ve only came a handful of times here because sometimes the line is long. I’ve learned though that the line moves pretty quick. Thanks again!

Want to be asked for a tip or just have one added on your credit card without your consent? If you said yes, this is the place for you. The coffee is good but......... The entitlement and tipping expectations are the worst here than anywhere else I have ever been.
It sure is getting hard to find anywhere other than the big chains like McDonalds to order food or drink without the tipping annoyance and expectation.

My order was taken by Jacob, and he was amazing. I couldn't decide between two smoothies and he was super helpful and offered to mix them. He seemed genuinely happy to help and seemed to be enjoying his job.
