This coffee shop hands-down is the best are used to be a Starbucks type of person until I started drinking. Is there coffee I recently bought a bag of black rifle company, loyal blend coffee. It has a black Labrador retriever on the bag I got hooked on that coffee and good coffee shops are hard to fine that actually serve good coffee not just fancy froufrou stuff. This coffee shop has what I was looking for.

I recently had a negative experience with the general manager at Black Rifle Coffee Company. She refused to hire an assistant general manager solely based on the fact that her paycheck would have been higher than the general manager's. Moreover, several harassment claims had been made against the general manager, yet HR did nothing to address this. This lack of action is appalling and unacceptable.
I find it outrageous that someone in such a position would show complete disregard for the safety and well-being of employees. Furthermore, I question how long this individual has been able to remain in a position of power. It's hard to believe that such behavior is tolerated or overlooked in any workplace.
I want to strongly advise all current and future employees, customers, and colleagues of Black Rifle Coffee Company to avoid this individual at all costs. Respect, honesty, and transparency should be the foundation of all businesses. The current general manager displays none of these qualities and should be removed from their role immediately.

They asked if I was a first responder or military which is the first time I've ever been asked. I thought it was really thoughtful. Plus you get a discount. The coffee is also really good. Tastes better than any place I've been.

This is quickly becoming my favorite coffee purveyor. Good service, great coffee and no "second-class citizen" treatment coming from the Seattle bunch when you walk in the shop instead of ordering online through the app.

Veteran Owned, Founded in SLC with their HQ in SLC, and the best coffee I’ve ever had? This company has a ton of veterans who manage it, they offer discounts to AD, Vets, LEO, and firefighters. Probs more, idk! Great people and a company that is worth supporting. Thank you guys.

I was spending way too much money on drive-thru coffee, so I started buying whole beans here and brewing at home. This hits the spot every time.
I've tried a few flavors and the Tactisquatch is my favorite. It's a dark roast and the flavor is perfectly balanced.
If dark roast isn't your thing, surely they'll have another roast you'll love. Talk with the baristas to get recommendations.

Best coffee company around and they serve an awesome mission! I only wish these would replace liberal Starbucks on every street corner! I can't go thru the area with won't in for coffee and merchandise! Keep up the great work BRCC!
Next time you find yourself here, take a second to find a veteran or first responder and buy them a coffee!

I have been a loyal customer at the BRCC store in Layton,Utah for a year now. I'm in the store just about everyday. This past December I was away from the store for 10 days. By coincidence the former Manager was away on vacation at the same time. The new GM evidently took upon herself to start a rumor about me and the former Manager that we were on vacation together. This is a blatant lie. I do not appreciate the insinuation that me an the former Manager were involved with each other. I have become good friends with the staff at the Layton store. Also I can count the former Manager as a good friend also. I will continue to drink my coffee and visit with the staff at BRCC in Layton. Feel free to reach out to me if need be.

The coffee is alright. And the shift workers and leads are great! thats why im giving this 2 stars. The management on the other hand? Absolute joke. Name a store where the employee of the month (voted by their peers) puts in their 2 weeks notice the day it was awarded to them. Someone tell me why EVERY store in Utah has an Assistant General Manager but this store does not? You have a corrupt General Manager working here as an out of state transplant that insists she doesnt need a AGM because her paychecks are bigger. Instead! Shed rather make the employees do the work she is PAID to do, and reap the benefits. Explain how harrasment claims have been presented by MULTIPLE employees to the district manager and HR and NOTHING has been done. This store will offer you raises and promotions and wont follow through. Coming from the military and knowing how leadership is structured... this store is a JOKE. No where have i seen such poor leadership. Theres no family, theres no spirit, the idea to lift those up around you and push them to succeed in the company doesnt exist! The GM openly walks around telling employees she needs people to quit so her manning #s make her look good! All at a job that she isnt even doing! If youre planning on working here.. id reconsider. Unless its at a different store thats hopefully not corrupt. For reference the employee of the month mentioned above was offered the GM position at another non BRCC coffee shop where all this bull sh** ISNT going on. So, if youre currently working under this regime... Know your worth, because they could care less.

Visiting Utah… thought I try the place out. I don’t really leave reviews but had the worst customer service. Guys name is Tace, or Chase? or that’s the name I heard. possibly having a bad day but no excuse to treat a customer that way. Talked poorly of the place as well which is a bad sign… if you’re workers hate it there at least get one who won’t openly talk about it in front of a customer! Coffee was good…
