There were seven of us adults, and every single meal was excellent and made from scratch. Even our desserts were unique and delicious. Our waitress was very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this very charming restaurant!

Heard great things about this place so we stopped here for lunch.
Great atmosphere, awesome surroundings, friendly staff, delicious looking menu.
All this lulled me into ignoring my personal rule (never eating seafood more than 3 hours from the coast) and ordered the lunch special, fish and chips.
Deep fried battered cod and chips.
The FnCs came out and even before it got to the table it was immediate disappointment. 🥺
The batter was very thin and not fully covering the cod fillets, which allows the hot oil to remain in contact with the fish and instead of sealing the moisture in and steaming it. This allows the moisture to quickly boil out of the fillets and is more akin to hard fying in a super hot skillet which causes the fish to become chewy and not very pleasant to eat.
The second disapointment was the fries, a simple error in that the fish was served ¼ inch cut fries. Although they were cooked beautifully, with the right crunch and the perfect golden brown, the fact that they are so thin means they not only hold a lot of fry oil per chip but (and this is the important part) they go cold very quickly and dont help with keeping the battered fish hot. So not only do you get cold fries you get cold fish too. This is why FnCs are sold wrapped in paper in other parts of the world.
Im no foodie but being from New Zealand and growing up on fresh seafood this meal was on the low end of average, not terrible but a lot of room for improvement.
All that said the Tartar sauce was delicious.
So to sum up. Use ⅜ inch cut fries even steak fries, yes they will take longer to cook but the payoff is worth it, and make the batter a lot thicker with a nice malty beer for the the emulsifier. This will make even frozen fish taste delicious. Ask me how I know.

Ahhh. I hate giving away all of our favorite hangouts. This is a faboulse place with world class views and art. Just hope it stays special and not over populated.

Very well trained staff. These girls know how to make a lavender honey latte.

My family and I love this place. The service is always exceptional and intentional, and the food options are wonderful. We’ve never had a bad meal or experience here! Plus, the area is gorgeous!

I love this restaurant it has such a cool vibe. It’s always my top place to eat whenever I’m in st. George it’s a gorgeous view as you drive there and as you’re eating outside. The people there are super kind and love to tell you about their favorite dishes.I love the cauliflower tacos and the orange cream soda would definitely recommend this place!

Our go-to place for tasty food, great atmosphere and an outstanding experience. Always one of the most enjoyable meals we would wish for. The best part isn’t just the great food and drink, however, but the people who work there. Everyone I’ve spoken ever spoken to at Xetava has been so, so nice. The manager, hostess and servers are all fun, bright people. Thank you all! PS. great patio vibe on Sundays with live music too!

NEVER have I been told that, "we have one more guest that would like to be served tonight, could we move you to the bar?". Really? We couldn't believe our ears. We waited 50 minutes for our table for three (acceptable) and were seated AFTER others who were not asked to be "moved to the bar". Food was awesome, ending to an otherwise perfect night, FAIL! 👎👎👎

This restaurant is in the Kenyeta complex of homes is going up. Indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent serving staff. Extensive bar menu and extensive meal menu. You can browse many of the high end craft shops while waiting to be texted to come in. Excellent chef. Fantastic view of the red mesas, blue skies, sunsets. Wonderful desert blooming garden. Wind chimes. 10 minutes north of Ivins, Utah. We had salmon salads, chicken tacos and hummus plate. Everything was perfect. Note; we did not see any children here.
