A must stop for breakfast on the road from Zion to Bryce. Simple, well executed menu with flaky croissants, breakfast burritos, and bakery items. Chai tea latte was excellent. Black coffee was fine. Price was appropriate for quality.

What a great find! Make sure you stop in Hatch for a really good coffee. The bacon breakfast burrito is spectacular btw. I can't vouch for the other menu items but I'm sure they're worth checking out. So tempting to just pass through Hatch but you really owe it to yourself to stop here.

What an amazing gem in a small town. I stumbled on this place when I got to town, and little did I know I would end up going every single day on my stay. Everything I had was fantastic! From an awesome dirty chai, to great cold brew, and a super bacon egg and cheese croissant, I was satisfied with everything I tried! Hopefully I’ll be back through town again so I can have some more of this wonderful coffee!

So good! We stopped here twice while exploring Bryce Canyon - breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, coffee or tea - you can't go wrong!

The best coffee. I got the quad shot mocha. 10/10 recommend. If I could give it more stars I would. The employees are so nice & the service is great. We stayed here in Hatch while road tripping through Utah, and we got coffee & breakfast here each morning. Absolutely delicious.

I was driving from Zion to Bryce via the scenic highway 14 and there were only a couple towns on the drive and most were tiny with nothing open (this was during the week, early afternoon). Luckily we found this place! Seemed to be the only place open in the little run-down town, and it was a specialty coffee shop! The staff was very friendly and experienced - my latte had good milk texture and latte art. I had a lemon poppy muffin and my friends had eggy breasfast-y foods. We sat on some outdoor couches in the sun and almost nobody drove by.

Coffee drip was water! Did not drink it (threw it out) and got another one elsewhere.

I'm an avid coffee drinker from NYC, my coffee was made using re-used coffee drip from someone else's order. It had to be to be that watery.

However, the egg cheese bagel was good and would recommend.

Home made breakfast burrito was so good I heard the person at the next table say it was the best they ever had. Home made croissants. Large but very flakey. They have a good bean for the coffee they make.

Was really just looking for a coffee on our way out of town, so glad we stopped here! Excellent food with great vegan options, and the coffee was delicious. Wish we had known about it sooner, will definitely come back on our next trip!
