Very helpful, great environment, very cute and friendly, free restrooms available. Open 8-9. Sells food and drinks, hiking/camping gear, maps, books and souvenirs. Gear/equipment is a bit pricey, but good stuff.

After a day of hiking and exploring these pizzas and salads are the best in the world! Don’t be disappointed by the tables’ availability, by the time your order is ready a table will be there for you and your party.

Great place for freshly prepared food. Went at 7:30 in the morning, to find wild berry muffin and quiche which was made minutes earlier. Barista made us excellent coffee and hot chocolate. Options on their breakfast menu were very good, with healthy choices though not expensive.
Didn't eat their pizza during lunch/dinner, but they looked very good. Someone there mentioned their pizza calzone was excellent.
They serve good coffee through the day. Also has a small store where you can buy some items good for tourists.

We ordered the mesa king pizza. By far one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time!

Phenomenal! We had the very best Pizza and Chicken Caesar salad EVER!! I wish I had taken my camera in. I so highly recommend this Restaurant for sure. I even had to stop and let the kitchen know how phenomenal our meal was!! Enjoy if you ever go!!

Good place to grab coffee and a cinnamon roll. The outfitter store is connected so you can shop too; like a mini REI.

Really delicious, crispy thin crust pizza. Salad was great too.

Best pizza I've ever had. Love its crust! Fresh salad. Very friendly waiter. Cozy place. Highly recommended especially after a long hike.

After hearing the hype for this place, we drove an hour specifically to have lunch at Esca-latte.
We got there at 12:30 on a Saturday, and we were told the kitchen wasn't opened yet due to a late food delivery. We ordered a cinnamon roll while we waited because we were starving (which was delicious). We asked if we could place a pre-order for our lunch because we were on a tight schedule, which they did for us.
We became suspicious when everyone around us was getting their food ahead of us. We inquired about our order and were told that an order for our table was never placed. After the staff investigated it further (and another 10 minutes), it was discovered that our pepperoni pizza order had been delivered to another table. By the time we finally got our pizza, we had been there for a little over 1-1/2 hours.
The saddest part for me was after the long wait, the pizza didn't live up the hype. The staff did comp our meal and offered an additional dessert for our trouble, which was appreciated (which is why it is getting 3 stars, instead of 1 or 2).
Pros:
Delicious baked goods
Friendly staff
Great environment and enjoyable patio seating
Dog friendly
Cons:
Pizza was too greasy and dough was undercooked
Was told that sometimes their computer screws up orders (??)
