Subway

I... really hate leaving an imperfect review of a subway. I usually really love subway, but this time it was different. The workers were fine... they just seemed pretty grumpy like they were having a bad day. Fast food employees have it pretty rough so i mean i try to understand. Got eye-rolled at when I asked for my sandwich toasted. The sandwich wasn't even warm though, maybe the toaster was having issues? The cheese wasn't melted and the meat was cold in the middle. I don't know, overall it was just a sub-par experience. Stop by if you need food, just be aware it may not be as good as you're hoping. If the workers see this, I hope this new year treats you guys better than the last! You deserve it.

Admittedly, my expectations for a gas station Subway in a small town were low. I’m happy to say my assumptions were wrong!

Alyssa makes a great sandwich. Friendly, efficient, and she keeps the food prep area very tidy. I’d gladly come back to this location.

Had a $21 order. Handed the lady at the window a $10 gift card and my debit card to pay what the gift card wouldn't. She handed both cards back after payment, I tossed the gift card like one does after draining the money off them. Checked my bank statement the next day and found they had charged the full amount to my debit card and none to the gift card and hadn't let me know. Went in a few days later to tell them and ask them to give me another gift card and had to explain the situation 5 times, and i still don't think they understood what they had done wrong. They did end up replacing the gift card but just glared at me, no apology either. Terrible customer service and no clue how to process a payment anymore complicated than just handing them a credit card.

Even though we called in the order the sandwich I got was not as good as they usually are the person who did the pizza was great and very friendly

It is a Subway, you all know what to expect usually. But I visit this Subway nearly every week. They seem to take great pride in having fresh veggies and fresh bread. The thing that sets this one apart are the people behind the counter. I love these people! They try very hard to make sure you have what you need and are pleased with their service.

Good food and service. They are a bit slow and do not go during school lunch time.

Service is absolutely amazing but the cleanliness is not something you want to see at a place you get your food overall I prefer it out of anywhere in duchesne

Love eating fresh sandwiches here. The customer quickness they have is a great A+. I've been at other subways, and they aren't so quick and usually only have 1 person working, which sucks, if u have more than 4 people in the line. Clean and friendly place.

We come to Duchesne from Southern Utah County a couple times a year and this is our “go to” food. Always friendly and delicious!

Like this Subway and the workers are very friendly they make the sandwich perfect the way you like it the way you want it I would definitely recommend it
