This little bakery cafe is a dream! The service is always wonderful. My son had an early morning cello lesson and we didn't have time to grab breakfast, just before I dropped him off at school we swung by Food For Thought to see if there was something quick to grab. Less than 5 minutes later we were on our way to school with warm FRESHLY baked pumpkin bread that was HEAVENLY and delicious hot chocolate! Thank you Food For Thought for making me feel like a rock star mom this morning!

My boyfriend and I went in to get some lunch yesterday. We looked at the menu and both were very eager to try this place, I've also heard some great things from a coworker. Their only other table left as we were seated. The hostess sat us down outside and took our drink order, we both just wanted water. After 15 minutes of waiting our drinks were not brought to us. We weren't in a hurry so we decided to ignore that and just wait a bit longer. As we proceeded with our conversation another table of two were seated just a couple tables away from us.The pair ordered two diet cokes and those were brought to them 2 minutes later. The waitress walked past us with their drinks and without even stopping she said, "We'll be with you shortly". Then she proceeded to take their order. I don't normally get irritated this easily at a restaurant and I definitely not one to write reviews but that is just horrible customer service. When the staff forgets about customers when there is only few tables I can't even imagine how it is when it's packed!!!

Great quality food that is worth the wait. It took a little but this is a cute quaint place to grab food with friends and enjoy coffee and pastries. I ordered the egg frittata, coffee and ended with the Mint Brownie..... Was not disappointed. Will be going back soon! You don't get this great tasting food at this price any where. Cuet patio out back too in the shade.

If I could give this place a less than poor review, I would. My friend suggested this place today and I agreed not knowing anything about it. I had my daughter and granddaughter with me. There is absolutely nothing on the menu for children - which is fine. She is very young toddler and can share any of our plates.

The food choices are limited at best and certainly not anything that would be appetizing to a toddler. The portions are extremely small - which is fine; Americans overeat anyway. However, I expect the pricing to be in line with the portion size.

My "caramelized" pear salad had 1/4 of a pear sliced up and they were canned pairs with sugar on them. There was about 1/3 cup of greens, 1 piece of a pine nut and about 1 tablespoon of blue cheese. The butternut squash soup was the most tasteless and bland soup I've ever tried - absolutely no flavor. I'm a very good cook, so I expect a restaurant to be at least ALMOST as good as what I can make at home!

We ate outside because the inside of the old house was absolutely sub zero temperatures. We got our food after about a 30 minute wait (for 2 sandwiches and a salad). Then we had to go in ourselves twice to get silverware and a side dish to share our food with our toddler. Two different servers were asked for items and neither followed through. The place was NOT busy.

When I paid the bill, they charged me $2.25 for the toddler's drink and it was a regular sized glass, but filled only 1/4 of the way. They charged .75 for a slice of motz cheese on my daughter's sandwich, but didn't take any money off for the hummus that she asked to them to leave off. Really? Just substitute one for the other in the name of good customer service.

Don't get me started on the customer service. When I got my bill for $58 for 2 sandwiches and a salad/soup combo, I mentioned to the cashier (also my server) that it was very high priced for lunch for 3 people. She said that I was paying for quality. I looked closer at the ticket and realized she had given me someone else's ticket, which I pointed out to her. She then argued with me that she was right and it took some skills to convince her that between the 3 of us (and an unfed toddler), we really only had 3 meals, not the 5 she was trying to get me to pay for.

This place has terrible customer service, the food is definitely NOT high quality, it is WAY over priced and the atmosphere IS great if you want to feel like you are at your grandma's house.

Subway does a better job than this place! What a complete rip off. If the owner had a conscience, he/she would look at the reviews on this website and either make some adjustments or close the place altogether and stop ripping off the unsuspecting public.

I think I'll stick with the restaurants in Sugar House where I live where you'll find fair prices, good food and lots of selection for all kinds of dietary needs. This Food for Thought place could take a lesson from The Blue Plate Diner, Shanghai, or even someplace as simple as The Tea Grotto.

OK, enough said. I hate this place and will never go back and hope you don't either!

The homemade chai is fantastic. The Asiago bubble bites are so great. Great service too.

This is a hidden gem in Draper. The food always tasty and fresh, and the butterbeer can't be beat. We have enjoyed both the sit down service and the walk-up/drive-thru/to-go service at this restaurant. The to go windows are often open extended hours for park events and Draper happenings. You might wait a bit depending on the crowd, but the service is impeccable. Good for a breakfast, brunch or lunch in a quiet park setting. Nothing sweeter.

We happened upon this cute place when looking for a park in Draper. Stephen at the window was SO friendly, kind, and helpful. It was our first time here, so I asked what is popular. Stephen cheerfully walked through a few choices with me. I settled on the peaches and cream Boba tea with regular Boba. Oh, my goodness! I am in heaven! It is SOOOOO delicious!

Stephen gave my daughter and me a sample of their Dole Whip as well. YUMMMMMMMY!!!! WOW! Even better than Disney's in my opinion!

Stephen suggested that next time we could come to the walk up window and eat outside by the lights. What a friendly guy! And this darling place is right next to Draper Historic Park that has a cool gazebo. BEAUTIFUL!

Thank you for an amazingly pleasant experience, Stephen! We will certainly be back! I haven't had service that kind, efficient, and friendly in a long time!

Went here for the first time to get my first pumpkin spice latte of the season and it did not disappoint, so much better than Starbucks. Thanks to Joy popsicles for being in the parking lot or I would not have found this amazing coffee shop.

Best sandwich I've had from a shop, ever!! So good! Staff is very friendly and nice. They made me an iced coffee that tasted incredible! They have all the best flavors and all the best food. Love it!
