Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

This place was filthy, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned the night before. The staff were apathetic and rude. My coffee was warm and the vibes in this place are low. What happened B&B? I’ve come here a bunch of times in my life and this was a surprising and disappointing experience.

The drinks are fine, as you would expect. The seating area is comfortable and often empty, which is great. The 1950's diner music they play doesn't fit the lounge vibe they go for an is played way too loudly. Not only that, but when the 1950s diner music breaks to change songs, you're now blasted by the rap music the employees are blasting in the kitchen area. It is a cacophony of noise in an otherwise peaceful place. If you plan to study or read here, bring headphones.

Unless you order their super sweet stuff their coffee tastes super super acidic and bitter. Usually means it’s been sitting around and they utilize lower quality beans. Would not recommend. Also takes a long time to get your order going and seems to be all high schoolers running the place (nothing wrong with that) but there should definitely be an adult present ensuring smooth operation. Overall avoid this place. Very mediocre.

This is a really great local coffee shop, employees are nice, the drinks are great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. This location practices very through and safe COVID-19 policies. They require masks and social distancing inside and allow for limited contact curbside pick up if requested. They limit the number of customers at any given time and keep the location very clean. I generally feel quite safe when visiting this place.

Great coffee. Cool staff. I was a bit disappointed today. I ordered an 8 dollar drink (Iced chai) and it had a lot of headspace. I waited to drink it so I could show how it was given to me. Make sure you get what you paid for before you leave.

I honestly loved it here, my frozen Mr B’s and turkey croissant were delicious. Fast and good quality. Will be returning

I got my hot drink cold?? I didn’t order it ahead of time like on the app or anything yet my drink was cold. I was waiting to get a notification about earning points because i had the girl at drive through scan it, and yet i never got the notification. Therefore i couldn’t leave a review there like it not all lets me. So this also means i’m not getting points either. She didn’t even offer me to sign the receipt to leave a tip? This is the brand i normally go through, but like it’s snowing outside so how are you gonna give me my drink cold?

I go to a lot of different coffee places to try the cold brews. Every time I come to this location the cold brew is watery and bitter. It is just a waste of money to have a watery coffee. It’s frustrating because every time I ask if the cold brew machine is working it comes to me as watery and bitter. My friend always gets the caramel mocha and hers is always good but whenever I order a cold brew it’s just disgusting and taste like water and a hint of milk.

The employees were very friendly... it was a better customer service experience than what I’m used to at Starbucks. The drink I order at Starbucks or beans and brews every time tasted the exact same as it does at Starbucks. What I mean by that is that it was great and that Starbucks isn’t better with the quality of their drinks in my opinion.

They have a chill environment for business meetings and Wi-Fi for free. Love having my business meetings here.

All though it's part of a chain, this place has a great local feel to it. The baristas knew what they were doing and were very friendly. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. The coffee tasted great with a smooth medium roasted fruity flavor. Glad we decided to stop in.
