I mentioned at the placement of my order that I had an allergy to Strawberries, when the bowl came out I was very nice and asked if it was possible to be remade, she was very rude and told me it is very expensive to remake the bowl and that it was my fault I didn’t mention my allergy (which I already had at the register while ordering). I told her no problem I will just get a refund and she refused to give me my money back and I am already in a hurry waiting for my food; I do not trust she will give me the correct bowl and I will be giving it to my sister. Horrible service and I will not be returning. UPDATE: after waiting ten more minutes she hadn’t even started remaking my bowl and finally gave me a refund. Glad I got my money back but I will Never be returning or suggesting this place after such rude service and such a headache! Not to mention the time wasted. Horrible experience.

I’m pretty disappointed.. I ordered the American bagel which is $7 hoping I would at least be slightly happy with my decision. On the bagel there is bacon eggs and cheese and they forgot the bacon. And it was just the tiny bagels you find at the store. It was probably only worth $3 so they are definitely not known for their bagels. Don’t buy their bagels! You won’t get your moneys worth. However my wife loves the açaí bowls, but you might as well go get your oil changed while you’re waiting because it takes so long.

A pretty cool shop on the inside with cool flower decor! I didn't find their smoothies to be particulary special. Their prices are a bit expensive.

Relaxing atmosphere. Loved the Halloween decorations and island music. The whole place is like your home away from home.

The menu got a makeover so it looks professionally done instead of just chalk on a black board like before. Helps because I can read things much easier.

In addition, there are new items which far exceeded my expectations. I tried the Asian chicken salad. What really did it for me was the dressing.

The owner surprised us with a sample chocolate macaron to try. Very friendly and engaging with us. Thank you for exceptional service. We will be back!

Went in a couple weeks ago no social distancing whatsoever & the lady cashier never once washed her hands after handling money, wiping her nose & was carrying a dog (love dogs but not in a restaurant) put the dog down still never washed her hands, opened the containers to see what food was there she took it to 2 different customers before it was given to the right people & the same with the smoothies, the tables were never wiped down the entire time we were waiting, if we hadn't already paid for the smoothies we would have walked out like the lady behind us. We have always gone in when the previous owners had it & never had a issue with cleanliness, not the case with the latest. Won't be back again

This was a super cute shop which was more than willing to try and make our drinks better when someone wasn't as happy with what they got! I only give it a 4 star and not a 5 because they were just bought be new management and the new management eliminated several menu items without changing the actual menu so we had to keep asking for different things as they were unable to provide. The staff were SO nice about it though!

Ordered from Uber Eats and the food was taking forever. I called and turns out the food was ready Uber just didn’t pick it up. They were very kind and offered to remake the food since it was old. Got the avocado toast and it was great. Awesome customer service.

I used to love this place but now that the new owners took over on the 1st of August the quality is gone. Portions are cut by 3/4. I ordered a berry bowl which was smaller 3/4 % even the fruit that was suppose to be on top I hardly had any. I was so disappointed. The people were not very nice when we picked our food up, they were short and abrupt. What once was our go to place we will not be returning.

My daughter, daughter in law and granddaughters went for breakfast and it was not a good experience. Ordered, was told it would be 15 minutes, 45 minutes later the order was ready...it was ready but not very good and wasn’t right. Unfortunately the order was to go so they didn’t take it back. This was my daughter’s second and last try at the Berry Bar. I sincerely hope that the Berry Bar survives, but to do so, customer service and quality needs to improve.

Very expensive for very tiny portions. It took an hour an a half for a peace of bread with raw avocado, raw tomato and a slice of ham. The juice I ordered was all lemon also if it had 5 different ingredients in it and the lemon was from a plastic bottle not a real one!
Never again.
