So this was my first time I’ve ever gone to a Dutch Bros as I don’t have one near me. I just want to say thank you to Natalie who had so much patience with me and she was the sweetest soul ever. The line started to get pretty long but she didn’t make me feel rushed or was pushy at all. Natalie is amazing!!!!!! The weather outside this morning has been pretty nasty but she didn’t let it phase her at all. She was absolutely so amazing nothing but great things to say about her!!! Also she recommended the eagle drink and it is so amazing will definitely be making the drive to get this coffee again.
Update: Took the coffee back the next morning and spoke with Jake. He was great and replaced them promptly as well as apologized for the service. Thank you for correcting the issue!
$27 for dirty water… Ordered large hot sugar free golden eagle, large sugar free golden eagle cold pour with an extra shot, and large mocha flap jack cold pour…well, they all taste the same…nasty. Poor girl taking order was nice and the one making them was rude. Told her they were not right and she remade them and blamed the girl taking the orders. Then got them again and told her they didn’t look right and the rude employee raised her voice at the one in the window. I told her to just give them to me so the sweet girl taking orders would not get treated poorly by her coworker any longer. Not sure if they will care to correct it when I go by there tomorrow. Not work $27 if they team cannot follow the recipe cards provided.
My first ever stop at Dutch Bros and it was perfect. The girls working when I ordered were absolutely the sweetest, they were fast, and very efficient. They made my day with a little note on the lid. I definitely will be going back. Bye Starbucks!! Lol
Really love this place but there bee problem is getting out of hand. Service & drinks have always been fantastic but having to fight a swarm of bees by the drive thru window to grab a drink is ridiculous. I feel bad for all the scared employees who have to deal with this all day. Can’t imagine if someone was allergic was to get stung.
Best service and location ive been to up to date! Love the staff, the happy energy they spread, the yummy drinks, and how quickly they get you in an out! Much quicker than starbucks or dunkin donuts for all those who complain about timing.
Update: not sure what happened but this place fell off a cliff. Waited 20 minutes to get my order taken, then another 20 just for my cup of coffee. Flat out disappointed in how far this place has fell.
First time ever trying Dutch bros, it wasn’t the coffee that made me a huge fan, it was the environment inside of the store. When I was at window the lady was fantastic kept me from sitting there awkwardly, then the people inside were also talking with me. They were fantastic. The 2 guys inside the establishment deserves next to the window deserve a raise! They have the customer experience down! I will be back!
My 11 yo granddaughter regularly visit Dutch Bros Coffee as a special treat. We have always experienced polite, helpful employees. Yesterday, April 27, 2023, however was an exceptional treat. We encountered Grace as she came to take our order as we waited in line. This young woman is a stand-out to this business. She was engaging, helpful and kind. My granddaughter stated that she was inspired to become like Grace because she made such a difference in our day.
We then approached the window and were greeted by Laken, another outstanding employee. This young woman also expressed an interest in us and even offered my granddaughter her choice of straw colors!
It is rare today to experience even one such employee in many places, but we experienced two in the same day at Dutch Bros, Kudos to these two young ladies and extra credit to the hiring manager at this establishment.
Fast, friendly, responsive service, accurate order completion, and delicious beverages. I was VERY pleased when I saw this location under construction, and even more so when it opened. I've been a loyal customer since the first time I stopped at a Dutch Bros. location in Arizona, and this new one reinforces it.
Why the wait???? It should not take 20 mins. If I could have gotten out of line I would have. Coffee was good but I didn’t want to wait for 20 mins. Only 8 cars in front of me.
Had an absolutely wonderful first time here all thanks to the wonderful staff! I didn’t think much of the wait, but they said they had to re-make my drink due to me possibly not liking the consistency (drink tends to melt fairly quickly). Service like that doesn’t exist anymore! To add a cherry on top to this amazing experience, they gave my baby a pup cup with a cute little dog bone treat! Omg!! I will definitely be back! My drink was also delicious!! Give brinley (sorry if the spelling is off) a raise!! Ill be back because of the service she provided for me today! The girl who took my order was also very sweet and helpful. I didn’t get her name unfortunately. Thank you ladies for the wonderful service you provided for me today
