This place is a joke. The staff was arguing LOUDLY the whole time we were there. They won't allow you into the building even though they have clearly stated lobby hours on the door. And then they couldn't even get a very simple 2 drink order correct. We won't be back.

This place has great drinks and an awesome staff! Their fraps are always delicious and I love that their energy drinks are all natural. They don't use bang, monster, etc. for their drinks which is a plus in my book. They also have a variety of drinks not just specialty energy drinks with a few fraps and coffee thrown in. They have some food items and all the decor inside can be purchased. I can't wait to try out the patio area when it's warmer, although they do have outdoor warmers for those who want to sit outside when it's still cooler weather.

Out door seating was inviting n interesting. The coffees were perfectly prepared. No bitterness or acidity. Our muffins were really. Good and the folks waiting on us were very friendly

This place is just adorable. Great strong coffee! The bagels are great! I suggest trying the Salmon Lox!

Great coffee and tea. Great people. Very pet friendly. My 3 dogs loved the pup cups.

Good coffee, cute place but their customer service needs a little more work especially when serving Deaf people. Made me feel super awkward like I wasn’t welcome in there.

Terrible customer service she was rude and gave the wrong drink then made the right drink wrong after getting told sweet blue lavender tea it was not sweet. I do not recommend

This place is unique and they have great coffee.. my daughters love the frapps here and they have rainbow bagels! Always good to stop and support a local business.

Super cute coffee shop and the Derailed was delicious! They’re drinks are unique with a true espresso flavor. Friendly service too.
