Frank & Joe’s Coffee House - Hospital District

Opens early in the area, drive through option available. The barista was really nice and fast. The croissant was crispy and fresh. The coffee was smooth and rich!
The car in front of us paid 5 dollar for our coffee which was really generous. Thank you kid person. Definitely a must try for some good coffee.

Started our road trip with a whole milk mocha latte and oat milk latte: both perfect temperature and taste. Thank you Saturday morning crew.

This is a genuinely welcoming place with a cheerful and friendly staff. It offers a variety of coffee drinks (my Honey lavender latte was excellent), refreshers and ice teas. Their selection of breakfast items satisfies both sweet and savory tooth. The ham and cheese croissant was warm and enjoyable. We will remember to stop by whenever in the area.

Two stars for the cozy environment I enjoyed for about five minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I’ve heard raves about their Keto coffees but unfortunately the woman I spoke with didn’t actually know how to make anything Keto so I ended up just leaving. Pretty disappointing.

I'll admit that I'm a fan of fraps as they are quite delicious and hyped with energy to push me through the long work days and on weekends when I go antique shopping and gift shopping this holiday season. With that in mind, I turn to Frank & Joe's Coffee House Hospital District for my craves as they are now located closer to my house. Granted that the business is smaller compared to their Parker Square site, they pack the same stellar customer service and flavor into every purchase.

Love this coffee! Whether I get it delivered or order at the drive thru, it is always consistent. Hot food has been pretty good too!

Although the environment is nice and cozy...Clean, etc. They failed to get either of our drinks correct which was a little frustrating. It was a cold vanilla cream cold brew and a Carmel toffee cold brew on the fall special menu. We got a hot carmel toffee which wasnt tasty and a vanilla iced latte with way too much cream...the girls were polite, tho!🤷🏾‍♀️

Same outstanding quality food and drinks as the original Parker Square location. Great coffee and espresso selections, food, service and atmosphere.

Been thinking of walking into to frank n Joe's . It walk early morning. Empty no customers. Only me two young women working hard. I ordered pumpkin spice latte. Took quite a while to get one. When I did taste was great. I thought it was too pricey. They did have a long line. I entered my car took a big drink of my latte. And it was luke warm. I was already driving away so I just sipped on it n nuked it when I was home ❣️ I guess it happens. I won't be back 🤔⭐⭐⭐
I would like to ADD the owner saw my review on another site and fixed everything and talked to her staff. She was pleasant and offered me credit to try again ❣️
