ABC Boba Tea & Smoothie

Just had a pretty bad experience here. Normally I dont leave reviews anywhere but I feel the need. Normally I grab boba tea from the yogurt shop a few stores down, but I decided to give this a try. My drink had hair in it and had to be made three times. Mochi was good though! Will probably stick to going to Merry Toppings for boba in hachie!

I really wish this wasn’t one of the only boba places in town. The service isn’t great and there is one specific worker who is so inflexible, especially as it pertains to not wanting so much sugar in my drink.

Blue cotton candy with boba is wonderful. Great menu options, lot of choices. Staff is nice and helpful too. Very happy to see a bubble tea spot in this part of town.

The tea is amazing and the service is always really good. The ladies who work here are always really nice and friendly and the tea is amazing everytime. I always recommend this place to people who want to try boba!

I won't be doing business here again. When I mentioned to the rude cashier that something in my drink was spoiled either the milk itself or the tapioca balls she had an attitude. Well if you don't serve people day old tapioca balls you won't get complaints.

Surprised that this place has a 4.6 average review. The cashiers was somewhat rude and my drink was nasty 🤮It was chalky and bitter. Oh and the vibe is weird and depressing.

The service is terrible. Waited 40 minutes for two drinks. Not worth it at all. The place is messy and unorganized/dirty. Will not be coming back.

Customer service is non existent, the store itself is just downright gross and depressing, they’re out of bubbles for their drinks, which is the only thing that makes it different from a Starbucks, and it smells gross.

Taste amazing and the workers are nice!! It has a cute and cozy interior, I also absolutely recommend the iced mocha milk tea for any coffee lovers!✨
