Barbarossa Coffee

My wife and I stopped by this coffee shop when I was near Cypress for a business trip. It was a delightful spontaneous choice that we made. We ordered her favorite drink of all time which is iced mocha with an extra expresso shot. The coffee was surprisingly very tasty and packed with caffeine. If you're a coffee drinker, you definitely would enjoy the coffee here.

Quiet and cozy atmosphere is another HUGE plus of Barbarossa coffee. It has the right amount of lighting, decent music played in moderate level and perfect ratio of desk's and chairs' heights (people usually don't think much about the this part, but trust me, if you have worked/studies at a coffee shop, this ratio is kindof a make-or-break deal. You want to be comfortable enough to focus on your work. If the table is too low, the only think you can think of is your hurting back). Talking about working/studying, Barbarossa's internet is pretty decent and the employees are very friendly to people staying at the coffee to work. Huge thumbs up for those employees!

I'm still unsure why it took over 25 mins to get this cup of coffee. Maybe we should've left when we walked in and heard customers complaining that they still have yet to get they're order. The atmosphere of the place was decent and the coffee was ok but they 2 behind the counter probably needs a little bit more training. I was seconds away from leaving like the first lady. Now I know.

Came here with a friend on June/22/22 on a Wednesday afternoon to get some work done. I have to say.. I'm usually very picky with my coffee shops. I need the perfect atmosphere to put me on work-mode, and this place did the trick. Very calm...We asked the Barista about the speciality drinks and she was able to give us details on each one and recommend some to my friend who is lactose intolerant. I didn't get her name, but she is the one with two pony tails and dark lipstick. If you have any specific questions ask her! Would 100% recommend.

I drive 18 min from my house to drink their amazing coffee. Staff is nice and very accommodating. I recommend the Milk and Honey latte and breakfast bowl is delicious.

Used to be a good coffee place but recently both service and food quality went down significantly. Right now I am here waiting for my order and they keep serving people at drive through that came way after me. Do not recommend

They certainly listen to criticism. Went there a couple of times, service is much better. Coffee is good (it has never been a problem), food is still so-so. A lot of sugary stuff, they need to add healthy options. Changing rating to 3*, they are on the right track.

My husband ordered the drip coffee and loved the flavor. Typical coffee for him usually requires creamer and sugar, but this one was absolutely perfect without it. The owner was very nice to talk with us for a bit about their roasting process and the different notes of the different coffee blends they create. Overall it is a wonderful experience with beautifully made coffee.

Hands down the best coffee I've had in Houston. They bring science and geography into the selection, making it so much more than "blonde roast."

Adding more. Since my review 4 years ago at the original location, the business has matured substantially. The barista crew is well versed in coffee and tea, and the food has really entered it's own. I must admit, I eat a breakfast sandwich once a week, and it's worth it

Wow! High quality coffee here. This cafeteria is different, they have knowledge on coffee.

There are handcrafted coffee from many countries . They always have new flavors. This time I tried the lavender honey latte that I saw on the Instagram account @barbarossacoffee and I loved it.

If you are a coffee lover ☕ I recommend putting this cafeteria in your list.

By the way, they baristas offer workshop too
