Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

My wife and I have made it a point to come here every time we are in Nordstrom. Their honey almond latte is the perfect amount of sweet to coffee ratio. Absolutely recommend when you visit The Woodlands Mall.

This Ebar staff leaves a lot to be desired. There is a person. Female , that works inside that hates customer service and the concept all together. Please

Please..... do not go up to the counter and ask for ice. She hates to give it out.She is definitely the Ice Patrol.... Nevermind the fact that you made an Ebar or store purchase .
Just don't ask for it. Also it appears that if you only ask for or order less than a specific amount you are totally frowned upon. This Ebar is not at all like the Ebar Galleria. I guess location matters. She along wiry her attitude is a very intimidating tactic to the other employees. It appears she is the one they are afraid of. ... I do not know If She is the manager but the other workers follow her rules.
I don't believe poor customer service is a Nordstrom belief.

It's my favorite café bar in Galleria. In overall they are really good, but my absolute favorites are the Lavander Chai, Mexican moca, and their ham and cheese Croissant!

A very nice high-end place. Easy to see and get to from the main road. About 1 hour north of Houston Texas. In the Woodlands area. Very nice high-end shopping. Nice out for people. Easy to order and everything comes out fast and taste good. Appears to be a very safe neighborhood. a lot of parking spaces but you may have to walk a little ways. There are a lot of people here and parking does fill up or you can just wait and someone will move and you can get that space closer. If you like my reviews please leave a thumbs-up. Thank you.

This is the spot for a great coffee. Order in, relax and enjoy. Less expensive than starbucks. Only problem with staying is there are a lot of unattractive overweight women wearing tight fitting clothing passing by. Other than that, enjoy the coffee.

I always have such a great experience here. Lisa is the manager and has an awesome personality. I really like the service I get here and their pastries and beverages are always wonderful. The place is always clean and has such a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

They have some of the best coffee, never disappoints. Rich and flavorful. Hands down better than the Starbucks in the mall.

We enjoyed the convenience, efficiency, excellent customer service. We all ordered different items but each was just as we like 👍
