Eden Bubble Tea

Im not from Texarkana but was passing through and I had a taste for some bubble tea. I read the reviews on this place and seen it had great ratings but when I got there I was very disappointed. So disappointed that I just walked out after ordering and tipping and I didnt even want a refund. I just left. First off this place looks like it maybe was once a great spot but now who ever owns it stopped caring about the place or something. I was met with two guys with hoodies on that looked like they just crawled out of bed and they barely said a word to me. I still ordered trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. After standing there waiting and looking around i started to get completely turned off. It didnt look clean inside to me at all. It was dark and depressing inside and the bobas were just out and open for things to fly in and be scooped into drinks. The ipad screen they had me pay on with my debit card was all greasy and crusty and didnt look like it was wiped down in weeks. No gloves were worn. All the appliances looked like they Havnt been wiped or cleaned in weeks. I just walked out. Its sad because I have no clue in the world how this place got such good ratings. I hate giving bad reviews but I have to be honest.

Very awesome atmosphere. They did not seem to be very organized nor do they have all the ingredients, but all in all it was a good experience. Customer service was good. The flavor of the drinks are amazing!!

After the lady working the counter decide that she could quit acting like I wasn’t standing there. The guy in the back came out and brought my call in order. made my smoothie drinks. She still didn’t get any friendlier. And more so when I didn’t leave her a tip. I really appreciated the guy who make the smoothies order and food. But I will be back and will be so glad when we can eat inside again.

Ok so the drinks here are awesome. The guys that make the drinks are very knowledgeable about all the mixes they use and all of the flavor profiles. They’re super friendly and always ready to help a first timer out with finding the perfect drink!

As for the food, eh, I’m not a fan. I’ve only had the lo mein but I did not like it at all. Kinda bland and had an odd flavorTo each their own. Although the sushi was 10/10!

This was absolutely amazing, this is the first time I have tried boba, so they gave me free samples of boba, to see what I fancy. The atmosphere is so friendly and they make you feel at home. The restaurant is simple and welcoming. I personally enjoy the strawberry yogurt with kiwi popping boba ^^

Drinks are amazing at a reasonable price. But the food takes about 1 hour for four entrees. Also they brought out the food one at a time with 15 minutes between dishes instead of together and even one of the dishes was never cooked. The front desk worker was rude when we asked about the food which was never cooked. Also the sushi was small with a stale tough seaweed wrapper.

No orange chicken, egg rolls have pork only, service didnt seem to care that they didnt have better selections.

It looked better than it tasted. I wanted to try something new and I was every time I had went in there before the food looked so good. Maybe I didn't order the right stuff but what I had was just ok. They didn't have any sesame or orange chicken that I wanted but their tea is good and I'm not a tea drinker but I love theirs

This was the very first place that I tried boba at many years ago when it opened in Texarkana. My friend wanted to go and it was honestly an amazing experience, and I still go back from time to time because it's just so delicious.
