Just had brunch. The taste of the vegan crepe was below average (soggy and tasteless) but the service was worse. There is one guy who was helpful in explaining things and getting things done, but the other ladies we’re uncommunicative and unhelpful. They didn’t understand the language? I had to literally stand next to a high chair with my baby to request someone passing by to pick it up for me and give it. Not impressed.

Incredible!!!!! A little pricey but delicious crepes.

This place is not gluten-free friendly even if it states that it offers this option. The staff is young and clueless about what is gluten-free They acted like it was a stupid question and just shows a lack of training and lack of caring. The manager said he was trained to state that only 1 crepe is gluten-free. This goes against what the menu states, which is they offer a gluten-free batter. It’s misleading because you think that all the crepe options is gluten-free. But if only one is gluten-free, then the menu should show that. Then you have people show up with high expectations only to have no choice but one gluten-free crepe? To make it even worse, the staff is not trained on how to cook gluten-free crepes. When my mother in law ordered gluten-free and ate it she had an immediate reaction. The batter must have been mixed in a contaminated bowl or cooked in a contaminated pan. When you cook gluten-free it must be prepared and cooked on clean surfaces.
Don’t eat here if you have celiac disease. We told the manager but he said this is a company issue that they will not resolve. It’s obvious this chain doesn’t care enough about gluten-free issues and only has it on the menu for face value only. Avoid this chain.

I went to the restaurant on the week day 09/22/22 (Thursday) I found not a lot of people in the restaurant. I ordered crepe Nutella banana and Strawberry. I found that they didn’t make it fresh. It’s not hot or crispy. I ate in the restaurant as soon as l got the crepe. Not only that, l found molds. I was really disappointed.

Delicious food, excellent prices, great atmosphere and very nice staff!!!

Amazinggg from the hot chocolate to the waffle it was BOMB! If your ever in Sugarland its a must try!

NOT Celiac Friendly. A few weeks ago I brought my mom here who is celiac because I had eaten here before and noticed they had gluten free crepes. We were super excited since it’s not easy finding celiac friendly restaurants. When we started to order we asked which crepes were gluten free with the gluten free batter. The staff had no clue and brought out the manager. We were told only one was guaranteed gluten free out of their large menu. Very disappointed, mom ordered her crepe, and soon after ended up with a mild reaction from cross contamination. They shouldn’t even offer gluten-free, there’s no point since everything you order contains gluten in the filling.

I do have to mention that the manager on duty that day was spectacular and truly apologetic. He understood our frustrations and came over after we ordered to talk with us. As far as the crepes go, as long as you’re not celiac, the few I’ve tasted have all been delicious.

Staff needs to be better trained to deal with questions regarding celiac, gluten, etc… I felt like the staff thought we were just being unreasonable difficult customers when all we were trying to do was make sure my mom wouldn’t get sick.

Omgosh the crepes were divine!! We had the turkey and grapes and the carbonera. Service was great and very clean restaurant.

Worst service I asked for a coffee my second time here my first time no complaints first but my second visit horrible manager service
I asked for milk in the side and he says $1.50. And I asked him when I paid already I tho I was getting my milk in the side with the coffee bad service with costumers won’t come again. Hopefully next time I come I don’t see the manager the guy with black ladies are awesome but this guy very rude.

I only like coming hear bc the atmosphere is calm and nice also the food demonstration is great ! But the crepes /waffles desserts are super sweet I think it’s bc of how much syrup they add .
Maybe it can be accommodated on that part but overall it’s great . And I do suggest if y’all like hot teas and creamy or sweet the green latte is good.
