Minuti Coffee

The staff was nice - coffee is decent (but overpriced for the quality). This is a nice place to grab a coffee with a friend and chat, but the music is way too loud and chaotic to study peacefully inside.

Be careful before you buy the $30 gift card with a free drink. Their policy is not Consistent!
I can’t believe that they think a customer who already put twice $30 into their gift card, visit the shop very often, want to cheat a free drink from them.
My first time put $30 into the gift card, they accept me to take the free drink, my second I put $30 in it, they won’t accept me take the free drink at that time, they give a paper receipt then ask me to bring that paper back for the free drink at another time. I just lost it as too many bills and receipts how can you keep all of them, then they denied giving me my free drink. They thought I was a homeless try to cheat a free drink from them? They can’t even check in their system if I already got the free drink or not yet. So unprofessional!
A free drink is not much money but their customer service is so fail!!! Just simply want to have a coffee to start my day but it actually ruined my morning!

So first of all, the drinks here are good. I've tried the Vanilla Shakerato and the Chai Tea Latte and both were incredible. But the greatest thing here is the staff! I've been to other Minuti locations before and the staff is always polite, but this location went above and beyond. They gave me a full explanation of the entire menu, told me what the favorites were, asked me for preferences, and made some recommendations... All without me asking! They just saw a confused look on my face and swooped right in to help! You don't find this level of customer service around much these days. Highly recommend!

Great coffee, great customer service, great place to study BUT the wifi is only a 2 hour limit per day! How am I supposed to get any work done?

The pressure to make you leave is ridiculous. The wifi is restricted to 2 hours. They blame it on the current virus situation, but there are also signs everywhere for the seats you can use and cannot use depending on the size of your party regardless if all other seats are taken. I won’t be coming back to minuti coffee. Too many rules that make you feel unwelcome. The bathrooms are nasty too. Coffee is average.

Great place for a quick meeting over coffee, catch-up with friends or pastry on a Sunday afternoon! The staff is great and the drinks are consistent.

The atmosphere is very nice, the drinks are refreshing, would recommend the Vanilla Ice-O with caramel drizzle, tasted like heaven in a cup!

Service was great as they made something similar to my request.
