Great aesthetics inside! My wife got an iced vanilla latte which is was spot on. However, I ordered a flat white and I’m not sure exactly what I received. The ratio of coffee to milk for a flat white was completely wrong and there was no micro foam at all. It was a to go order and so I took the lid off to look and it looked like a regular coffee with some lite cream in it. If I would have had time I would have gone in and asked them to fix it or order something different. Next time I would probably just order a latte with an extra shot.

Allison was so sweet when I asked about the gluten content of the “cinnamon roll” drink. She didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult or act annoyed like I have experienced in the past. Great service!

The coffee is fine and the staff is very kind, but I have no idea how they justify the prices. This is essentially on par with Starbucks, but somehow manages to be even more expensive. I would much rather have a higher quality coffee if I'm going to be paying premium prices.

I just tried to go check out black rock for the first time after wanting to for a while and was rushed out the door by two employees who claimed they were closed because they close at 7pm. I was followed out by one of the employees and the door was locked behind me. I get back out to my car and it is 6:55 pm. They definitely had time to make my one coffee before they were even supposed to close. So disappointing

I do like the coffee but having the cashiers ask for a tip is odd. Not sure why it’s becoming a normal thing for cashiers to ask for tips when going through a drive through. It’s not like they’re bringing the coffee to you or there’s some other form os hospitality. It’s equivalent to someone working the register at McDonald’s but asking for a tip.

If you're a Door Dasher, DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They do not even begin the order until you get there and show it to them, then they're INCREDIBLY slow making it. I wasted 15 minutes waiting for COFFEE and a pre made kolache. Decline orders from here so you're rating will not be affected.

Really beautiful space serving modern vibes and blended drinks. The menu featured tons of blended drinks didn’t really showcase the basics. I would have liked to have seen a listing of the syrups available for lattes, for example, instead of a large quick-moving animation advertising that they’re hiring. The cafe was really modern and pretty, I’d be a great place to meet a friend if the machines they used weren’t so loud. The logo and the the advertising in the order area don’t match the aesthetic of the actual coffee shop- the area where you sit didn’t vibe with the area you ordered- it felt like two different aesthetics and was jarring. Not my thing, I won’t be back anytime soon.

Today was the grand opening. We stopped by to try the coffee. They have a quick system faster than chick FIL a to get cars through. The coffee was phenomenal, is was so smooth.
