If you're going by bus, don't pay attention to Google maps or Sunmetro routings.
Go to the Mission Valley station from anywhere in the city, then take County Route 50 from Bay G, following Socorro Rd, beautiful Mission Trail. Didn't make it this time, it was late, but I will next.
