Good, clean, healthy. Mix of Japanese and south Pacific food it seems best describes menu. Never been out there so not sure on authenticity. Pretty good though. They do have bubble too.

OMG was I ever glad to discover this place! This area is desperately lacking when it comes to carrier of food s dining choices. Hamburgers, Tex Mex and Golden Corral seem to be this community’s preference. So when I see something like this open up, I get very excited.

I have eaten here three times now. This place is like the Thai equivalent to Chipotle
Or Subway. Like Chipotle, the dishes consist of different combinations of the same set of 40 or so ingredients, most of them raw.

The first choice is to decide on either a “bowl” or, “burrito“. A bowl is self explanatory....and a burrito is all of the same ingredients found in a bowl served wrapped up in a giant “tortilla” made of seaweed.... basically it’s a huge, unsliced California roll.

Whether you choose a burrito or a bowl, you have to pick which components you want starting with a “base”. Choices include field greens, crunchy lettuce mix, plain (aka “sushi”), coconut or fried rice. Then you pick your protein(s) like shrimp, ahi tuna, salmon, crawfish, scallops, etc. Next you pick out your toppings which include everything from fresh fruit & veggies like cucumbers, carrots, edamame, jalapeños, cilantro, peas,, pickled ginger, wasabi, sesame seeds and fresh fruit (mango, pineapple, orange).

Next Come the choice of several different delicious sauces. All three Of the bowls I’ve had were astonishingly delicious.. two were the BYOB (build your own bowl) and the third was straight of the menu. Be prepared to chow down - the servings are HUGE. Luke reach bowl makes at LEAST two generous servings, or 3 lunch sized portions. It’s an amazing amount of food.

And as if their food wasn’t reason enough to visit, their unique drinks will keep you coming back and again. Their boba tea will set you free. I’m talking about tea that will change you permanently. Tea so good it ought to be served with a surgeon general’s warning! I mean, this tea is heroin fire tea junkies. I’ve tried their green tea w/ mango, green tea with passion fruit, and the lychee tea, all of them fantastically delicious. Their boba ( which are small, marble shaped balls filled with fruit juice which burst in your mouth ) is amazing. Although I’ll admit that I found it initially disconcerting to have little juicy balls floating in my drink. But I got to them pretty quickly... it’s just the kind of thing you have to see and experience.... very difficult to describe to someone who hasn’t ever had boba tea. . these candies you used to get as a kid that Were made out of a soft, pliable wax and they contained some kind of sugary juice in the middle?. They came inn different sizes and shapes... some like straws.... some like soda bottles. . Well, the juice inside of those candies tastes like the juice inside the boba. It’s delicious.

Also, I love this restaurant’s “to go” packaging. The bowls are served in a white plastic tall-sided bowl which looks like porcelain or china. It comes with a very tight fitting lid and the bowl and lid are supposed to be dishwasher safe and reusable. The drinks are served in clear plastic glasses which are heatsealed with a Film that prevents them from leaking or spilling. The drinks come with the world’s largest straw which is designed to be large enough to allow the boba balls to be sucked up the straw. Everything tastes, looks and is packaged like V a high end product.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes foodWith an Asian Fusion flavor and/or Who is a tea fanatic. Please support this business and help insure that we have a little bit of variety in food choices up here in Sherman.

First time diner, didn't know what to expect but it was great. I had the Wasabi Coast with coconut rice- seafood was obviously frozen but had a great, fresh taste. Will definitely be back.

I love this place. Fresh and tasty bowls and finally some boba around this area. I really like the red bean drink, it’s actually really good trust me. I also like that they’ve added free miso soup. The only things I would change so the music, it’s good music but doesn’t fit the vibe of the rest of the restaurant. Also, last time I was there the owner’s kids were playing around and she left for a little bit and they started putting marker on each other (which I have no problem with, just kids being kids) but then the lady took her kids to the back and started yelling at them really loudly and it threw off the meal. No one wants to hear that, always keep a calm and kind atmosphere no matter what, and if you can’t then don’t bring your kids there. I’d also think guests would appreciate it if you made your comments to reviews a little less copy and paste, and if a guest has a problem, let them know you’re going to work on it and make it better instead of just saying the same thing to every single review. That being said, I still love this place, just wanting to offer some tips on how yall can be better. I’m not mad at all, just please take what I said into consideration so you can get better. I want this place to stick around

Good poke bowls, in Sherman? Yes! Glad they are still going. A tasty, more interesting quick meal than just going to subway or Chipotle again.

This place is amazing and I'm so glad they blessed Sherman with it. The customer service here is incredible. They take great care of each and every person that comes in. They are friendly, talkative, and are very concerned about allergies such as gluten and make sure to tell the customer exactly what they can and cannot eat. The fish is so fresh. It is probably the freshest fish I have had in Texas. The bubble tea is really good as well. I can't wait to try out more variations. This is definitely my new favorite restaurants. This is the first time I would give six stars if I could.
