Dutch Bros Coffee

All of the bad reviews say the line is way too long. But theres a reason for it. Those with the patience can have the best experience they can on earth. The drinks are always impeccable and the staff are so genuine and thoughtful. They are always so enthusiastic and welcoming. Despite complicated orders, the drinks always come out perfect. Andru, Sairuh, Ashleigh; These are some of the employees that stand out to me and I know their names. I've been here too much, but I love them. PLEASE HIRE ME IM DESPERATE PLEASE I NEED THE WORK I WOULD BE A GREAT FIT ILL DYE MY HAIR THE DUTCH BROS COLORS PLEASE JUST A CHANCE

I will definitely be coming back I ordered the white chocolate duch frosting and it was soo worth the long wait!!!!

We loved it. The line moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was delightful and seemed to be happy and upbeat. Our drinks where perfect and refreshing!

Coffee is good, processes and employee behavior are a huge disappointment. Our first time at DB and the drive through line is long. One would think that it’d be all hands on deck to clear the line. Unfortunately no. Employees running out the back of the store and running back in to grab other employees because a friend is in a car in line. Yell and scream and then back into work for a while and then back out to see friends again. Meanwhile customers wait and wait. At the window we are asked what our order was three (3) times. Lack of process and lack of management. We won’t be back. Kind of sad because you only get one chance to earn a new customer.

Went tonight.. at around 10PM.. girl at the window had an attitude and talked to us like we owe her something. If I see here again I will never go back.. there are lots of places I can chose of. You can't keep customers if you had a bad attitude.. I will give it a one more try .

Wow, what a personable experience. They truly go out their way to make a connection with their customers. I have never been here but always wondered why the long lines. It's worth the way to get such great service and amazing coffee. Not to mention the orange cranberry muffin top is so good. My kids also loved their strawberry smoothies. We will be back!

This place has shown some improvement! I never have to wait in line nearly as long as I did before I’m in and out with my drink! Tastes great each time too! Will be coming back!!

Let me say that idk the quality of the coffe, I’ve never tasted it. I was next door at Discount Tire getting some service done and walked over. This was my first visit and I was not familiar with the products. When I selected my drink I asked for a medium. The girl said it’s 16oz is that ok. I asked why would it not be, is that small or too much idk. Her response was why do I have to “catch an attitude “. I just walked away and went to Chick-fil-A. If you are representing a company I feel you should make a customer feel welcome and be helpful.

Staff is nice, coffee is good but the lines and the wait are just ridiculous sometimes. Waiting 40 minutes for a coffee isn’t justifiable. I get being talkative to customers and all that but most the time the staff is messing around in the coffee making area and in no rush even with the line wrapped around the building. If you catch this location with a short or no line you’ve struck gold
