Shipley Do-Nuts

The donuts here are great. Unfortunately, their covid-19 "precautions" are lacking. I went through the drive thru today and the employee taking our order had no mask on. Personally, I do not want unmasked people making my food. I will not being going back.

Clean, professional , respectful to each other and clients. they greet you and serve you so well that when I leave I feel as if they all gave me a hug and wished me a great day. A great way to start your day. needless to say donuts are so gooood especially from the hot rack to your mouth.

I literally just pulled over to write this review because the people there were so awaesome. So it’s the morning time and I’m still trying to wake up and I pull up at the window and the lady at the window was so friendly and energetic and I could hear the whole team in the background and everyone just has this positive, energetic, friendly vibe and it was a super awesome experience. I usually go somewhere and the person is just so dull like when you can tell they really don’t want to be there/don’t care, but not here. I’m actually really glad y’all have people like that working because it makes all the difference !!!! This is my new morning spot :)

I'm pretty sure Shipley's handpicked the nicest people in the world to work here. Either that or the work environment is just that great that the employees are always happy. Even if I developed an allergy to every food and drink at this shop, I would probably still go, just because the employees make me happy. Their friendly and upbeat attitude really is contagious. Oh and their doughnuts and coffee are pretty awesome too.

These people have the MOST AMAZAING customer service EVER. I can be having the worst day, and the ladies at the window are always so kind to me. I go about once a week to get kiloches for my staff and their smiles are always so bright. It really is a great start to my day when I see them. Keep up the excellent service ladies and ( gents behind the scene). I truly do appreciate you!

I called Shipley’s near 3009 and asked if they could make special birthday donuts for my sons birthday in the shape of the letters spelling out ‘happy birthday’ and his name. This not something they typically do, but they were so nice to accommodate my request. The donuts turned out so cute! A lot of places might have just told me no, but they really went above and beyond to help make my boy’s day special!

Someone made a review about people not wearing masks. Who cares, it was great service and friendly place for doughnuts. If your worried about masks stay home!

Even if they messed up my order a thousand times (which they never do), I would still return to this location because the customer service is just that amazing! One of my new favorite places! The donuts are fresh and good also!

I highly recommend this Shipleys. I have moves across town but every chance I get to stop at this one I do! Amazing staff and customer service. Best French vanilla cappuccino and the bread and glaze is perfection on the donuts
