Oliver's is such a nice addition to the small town of San Saba. They have fresh made sandwiches, delicious assortment of pecans that are grown on their farms. Chocolate covered pecans are to die for. Also have dif varieties of salsas, honey, olive oil, etc. Locals love their chicken salad on croissants !

Cool spot to work or just grab some coffee and food in a historic building downtown. They also have every flavor of pecan you can imagine along with ice cream, fudge, etc.

Cute little local coffee shop and cafe with homemade pies and other treats. We had their lattes and a slice of pecan cheesecake and German Chocolate pie. All was really good. For as slow as it was with traffic, the tables could have been cleaned and dining area kept up. Great place and we will be back.

I don't even know where to begin. The Italian panini was perfect with three meats and pesto. The chicken salad had cranberries and nuts and was light and delicious. The ice cream was exceptional; it almost tasted like it was sweetened with honey instead of sugar. I got a pecan roll heated up with I've cream on top. Wow! The tea was good. I didn't have coffee, but I expect perfection there as well based on the variety they had and the knowledge of the ladies making each cup. Great stop in a relaxing and idyllic small Texas town.

San Samba is the state of Texas best kept secret.? Oliver &Company is the second best kept secret.. Make sure Christina is your server. The food and service were wonderful. I really appreciated the Healthy choices for cancer patients in remission like me. One more thing the Crème Brulée pecans are amazing.

Drive by this place every time I go through San Saba, and yesterday, since my sister is here for her end of year visit, we decided to check it out. Boy, are we glad we did! I love the old buildings in these small towns and Oliver and Company is no exception. They have a great selection of sandwiches, salads and paninis as well as an outstanding selection of hot teas. If you like Reubens, then you need to try theirs. They also have items available at the front of the shop for purchase; pecan pies, pralines, gift tins, a variety of pecan butters, honey, etc. This is definitely a place to check out.

Came here with wife for lunch. Visiting from San Antonio. Beautiful shop. Great chicken salad sandwich and potato/jalapeno soup. Large coffee selection, but did not try any. Has an extension to buy items from their parent pecan company.

On our drive from Fredericksburg to North Dallas, we must have hit this cute spot on a bad day. The shoppe is well-appointed and the ambiance was very nice. My wife ordered a iced hazelnut latte. Perhaps they are not used to making them, but after a loooooong wait (including my plain decaf), the drinks finally arrived. My wife's latte was almost pure milk (it tasted like it was made with half & half) with no hazelnut flavor and only a small hint of coffee. She approached the attendants (there were 3 behind the counter mid-day) and their attitude was less than professional. It appeared that the young lady charged with making the latte may have been relatively new. The other two made no effort to help her correct the order. My decaf was very light and somewhat bitter. We didn't try the food but it was likely good. The restaurant is clean which is a plus.

I had Turkey and the Ham quiche both to try them out. Crustless and keto friendly. They had coffee they brew by the cup and I was sold when they said they had heavy cream and honey for my coffee. Awesome place to stop for warm pressed sandwiches, salads and more
