Stuffed! That says it all about this place! I had the surf and turf burrito with queso nachos and let me tell ya, it was off the the hook! Absolutely loved this place. I was in town from KY and seen this on social media and I couldn’t recommend this eatery more! Top notch foods!

Let me tell you, even if the food wasn't good....the customer service is phenomenal!! I am all for the little guy businesses. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back. These burritos are super sized and stuffed with fries Cali style. I had the Cali Twist with chicken and a side of queso and the hubby had the California with chicken. Idk how but my husband ate about 80% of his burrito and I was only able to eat half. I can not remember the guy's name but he checked on us while eating and after. He asked how the food was and was very open to our comments. The only complaint I had was about the texture of the queso but he said they were trying out a new recipe and would see what they needed to do to fix that. That alone said a lot about the pride they take not only in their food but keeping their customers happy. I really appreciate the welcoming environment, conversation, and tasty food. I will be back to try the surf and turf burrito!!

OUTSTANDING !! You won’t be disappointed here. Authentic California food with that Long Beach vibe. The owner and crew are all great and very customer oriented. The food, exquisite!! The pork taquitos were crisp and full of soft flavor. The Cali burrito was stuffed full, meat was tender and veggies crisp. Paired very well with the queso!! The loaded chips and queso was well seasoned and true delight to the palette. The surf and turf; wow, delicious that’s all to be said there! I highly recommend taking the time to go there, tell them John sent ya and you saw this review!!

This place is so good! We got the Cali Twist burrito with Asada, Bacon, Cheese, House Sauce and French Fries. We ended up getting one burrito because of how big they are and it was a perfect amount of food for two people to share. We met Chan the owner and he made us feel right at home here. We are from California and it reminds us a lot of food from back home. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Nice hidden gem!! Portions are massive and they have big red on tap 🤌🏼 Burritos so large, we could have split one, but went home with leftovers. I do wish they had more fresh options. I had the Cali Sunrise, which needed something fresh like pico or avocado. At some points the burrito was too salty or greasy but overall delicious. Tender carne asada and crispy chips when you make it a meal. Would also recommend more salsa options for your meal and with chips. Definitely want to come for lunch!!

The food was fresh & delicious😋, the owners were very welcoming and they definitely lived up to the name STUFFED. We had a hard time even finishing half. We had the Cali Twist, Surf & Turf (with just shrimp), Philly Egg Rolls and Queso.

To my Cali folks who say it doesn’t taste like Cali, have you been to the Bay? I’m from San Diego and this tastes as close to home as I’ve had in FOREVER. Any thing that may taste different is likely due to different ingredients that can’t be purchased here but can in Cali.
My Family and I went and the owner was there cleaning tables and sweeping the floor, he was incredibly friendly and the food was AMAZING. Large portions at a decent price. We can’t wait to see another location pop up!

I had driven by a few times and saw the simple Stiffed Burrito sign from the road and thought sounds interesting. So B finally my wife and I stopped and had dinner. The burritos are monsters! Everything you want wrapped in flour tortilla. The meat is tender and spices spot on. Highly recommend!!

Texans looking for a Cali-style burrito ✔️
We made it just in time for breakfast. We got the Bacon and Guac (so good!) & the Cali Sunrise (incredible!).
Both were so full of flavor and the tater tots...in the burrito...absolutely genius and so good!👌
The team was super friendly and welcoming from ordering over the phone to leaving. We left La Revolution b/c of their wait and ordered Stuffed to go in case they were packed too. Luckily they had seating available so we just ate it there.
Ashley came by to check on us and told us their story. Basically, a bunch of besties work and operate an amazing burrito joint. How do I get that gig?! Keep it up guys! You've got a great thing going.❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Can't wait to go back for lunch soon!

I've been seeing chatter about Stuffed for a while and decided to give it a shot on a Sunday morning. The breakfast burritos were what really caught my eye, and I wanted to give them a try, but, they stop serving breakfast at 10 am, so on a lazy Sunday you might miss them as I did. I assumed being only open from 7am to 3pm they'd have all day breakfast, but, nope.
We pivoted from our breakfast plans and got two kids meals and three Cali Twists (2 steak, 1 chicken). Price with 15% tip was ~$65. Pretty expensive when compared to our usual Sunday lunch spots. The atmosphere was super cool and shortly after 11am it rapidly filled up with bundles of people largely dressed in a boho/skater motif that fit the eclectic atmosphere of the restaurant nicely.
As for the food, it was good. The meat + cheese + fries bundled in a tortilla concept is nice. Certainly kid friendly. Flavors were good, though the tortilla to ingredient ratio is 180° opposite of a fully stuffed burrito elsewhere. The Stuffed burritos have a nearly 50/50 split of tortilla / ingredients ratio instead of a stretched thin tortilla barely containing it's contents. The photos they have for advertising showed filled to bursting tortillas and as you can see in my photos, the tortilla is equal to and perhaps larger than the meat inside. While I felt like I got *enough* food, the $13 per burrito pricetag and bold yet unmet claims posited by the name "Stuffed" largely made the experience fall flat. That and 60% of the fountain sodas were out or non functional.
I would definitely try it again for the breakfast burrito I never got, but, I don't think we'll be back for lunch as a family again.
