Tiny, tiny little shop, but my absolute fave place to pick up a coffee on Terrific Lady Day! 😍🤘☕️🤘😍
The core day-to-day menu is rad in and of itself (I LOVE the Siouxsie, with its flambéd marshmallows!) but there are always some supercool seasonal drinks available too. (Often involving churros. Drink the churro drinks!)
The music and just the vibe in general are awesome - the walls are covered in vintage concert posters, there's a Little Shop of Horrors inflatable in the corner, and a killer Bouncing Souls track was playing as I walked in the door last time.
Love it all!

I’ve been coming here since last year. They have unique coffee drinks to satisfy your coffee cravings. I discovered their specialty drink “The Jolene” on their anti-Valentine menu last February and went back and bought it again this week. It’s worth a try if you like chocolate and banana and strawberry whipped cream. Can I say decadent? Yes!

The coffee was so good! I got the Bexar Latte with oat milk and an extra espresso shot. 😋 it's very conveniently located to Ft Sam. I also had the oatmeal which was a generous portion and very yummy as well! Definitely recommend Folklores!

This place is great! It's right outside the Fort Sam and Grayson street gate. The employees are extremely nice and the coffee is really good and unique! They sell normal types of coffee but also offer some really neat items. I highly recommend checking them out.

My favorite spot for coffee. Baristas & owner are awesome people. Coffee is great! For food.. I love the bagel & Oatmeal. So good!

It was like I was going back in time to my teen years when The Ramones played on repeat and I raged at punk concerts instead of living my life in the rat race of toxicity that is grown up life. The coffee was also good and the service spectacular.

What a fun, unique shop! The girl that made our coffee was super sweet and helpful. Both of our drinks were so damn great! We'll be back to try more flavors.

The coffee is delicious! Very unique and stands out against many others I have tried over the years. It's definitely one of my favorites!!

Ordered the Siouxsie & was not disappointed! Roasted marshmallows were a hit! Loved the decor, barista was super friendly & waited less than 5 mins for a specialty coffee- can't beat that!

LOVE IT! Definitely going back ASAP! Environment: Quirky small cafe, outdoor seating available. A lot of decor is military memorabilia (literally on the other side of the fence from ft. Sam), Sailor Jerry/rockabilly/pin up. House specials have Texas native names and are culturally themed.
Service: I ordered a Siouxsie latte (pronounced like suzie if you're visiting) and the amazing barista was not only comfortable making it iced, she still toasted the marshmallows!!!
Product: The drink itself was super rich; better than the blend of dessert and function I was hoping for.
