Dutch Bros Coffee

The staff here treats my Sharkie like a king! They get so excited when they see him. He loves the pup cups too! The staff is very friendly. Sometimes my drink is hit or miss but I chalk it up to them still training. Overall, we love coming here!

My drink was fine, but the barista came up to my window, no greeting and was standing there fidgeting with the iPad for a minute and stood there until she gave me a look, like I was supposed to know she was done fidgeting. I gave her my order and she kept questioning and questioning, like I didn’t tell her exactly what I wanted (which is fine but I said it over and over again). I’ve been to plenty of Dutch bros and I’ve never had such a frustrating experience.

I don't know what going on with this location but every time I come it seems like they can not get the order right. I always order the same thing golden eagle w/ extra shot, they never seem to give it too me thinking people wont notice. And what's most annoying is that when I stop by its super dead and its always one drink.

Dutch Bros for the ride home y'all! Can't get any better than this. Chai and Candy Cane Cold Brew.

Great coffee and staff. I used to go to what's brewing until I found this place. Much more consistent, great options, prices and sizes.

I come to this location a lot and the customer service is always fast and friendly. My drinks are always made great !!!

Very disappointed. Was my first time to go here and I was really looking forward to it. I had been waiting for months for it to be built/open, but sadly it was not a good experience. One, the double lanes with FOUR menu stands offer no speaker to order, so you literally have to wait forever. Two, the Four menus did not show ALL the different options, only the holiday ones, so as it being my first time I had no idea what to order. [again there are FOUR menus in the drive thru lanes, but none of them show all items] They told me I could have a paper menu from inside- which doesnt that defeat the purpose of the menus outside AND its not very green.... Three, I am not sure why ppl are being hired to stand outside and take orders, especially if its not busy at all. There was also a guy sitting at the drive thru window not doing anything, because I had already paid with the drive thru lane lady, so he just stood there doodling on the window table [not sure what the point of him is or why ppl would be paid to do that in general lol] And lastly, I pulled over to take a drink and the cup was filled so high that top of the lid/hole came pouring out everywhere inside my car when I just put it up to my mouth. All over my seats & legs. Not only was it hot it was a sticky mess. [**To rate just the drink by itself- overall I think the taste of my drink was very artificial tasting. I could tell they just use the sugary syrups. There was nothing special or unique about it]. I always am trying new coffee spots, because I ACTUALLY DO want to support coffee shops other than Starbucks, but this type of experience will not bring me back to Dutch Bros unfortunately....] :/

Lilly took my order and had the BEST energy. She made me feel like she truly cared about what I was up to for the day and she had us cracking up. I hope you have an amazing Christmas and get allll the presents!

Medium iced golden eagle... add soft top... add an extra shot!!! That drink makes me fat all better!!

first time going here but the baristas helped me choose exactly what I wanted. will gladly come here again
