Xertz Coffee

I tried this place for the very first time today. I drive past it on the way to work after taking my kids to school every morning. There’s usually a line so I went a little after 9. I got a frappe and it was so good!! It tastes great and gave me a boost to get my morning going. The cherry on the top was the super friendly and welcoming customer service, it was refreshing to see everyone smiling and talking to me beyond my order and just making me smile. I see why it’s always busy, what a great business! ❤️

i have ordering drinks and food from this place consistently for over a year and today was the last time i go. I place the same mobile order almost every morning for coffee and food. This morning i received a coffee that had whipped cream and i don’t order whipped cream so i told the girl at the window. Honestly the rudest customer service i’ve received from anywhere. if i am purchased a coffee for 6.50 i expect it to be right, especially since i order the same thing almost everyday. they handed a “new” coffee out the window but i could just tell all they did was scoop the whipped cream off and put a new lid on it. i pay extra for sweet cream, cold foam, and caramel drizzle and today i received none of the extra things i paid for, and i also receiving horrible customer service. i was a very loyal customer and after this experience i will not return.

A medium frappe is about $8 and has no detectable coffee in it. We tried a mocha and a salted caramel and the mocha tasted like nestles quick with whipped cream. The caramel tasted like soft serve. Super disappointed for the price.

I have been to a lot off coffee places but this one has to be one of the best! The staff were curtious, fast, and listened to what I wanted and they have the best tasting coffee that I have had since leaving Ga 3 years ago. Oh I also got their mini cinnamon rolls which tasted like they just came out of the oven.

I'm not sure how they do it here but any chance I can, I want to go here because it's so good!! I've only been a few times and it is on the expensive side, but they have a reward program to earn money off your next coffee, which you earn by buying coffee. Also, we scored a free muffin on my birthday. I don't usually care for muffins but that was super good too!

My coworker and I went to pick up our order. They had none of their sandwiches. Instead the individual offered us either a refund or cinnamon rolls in place of the sandwiches. We picked cinnamon rolls.. The cinnamon rolls are a 2 dollars difference . I asked will the rest of my money be refunded. She stated they typically don’t do that. That’s crazy If you add another dollar to the 4 they kept for free is a sandwich. We are military and order here a lot needless to say they lost our business. She could’ve offered something else to say we had two sandwiches. I am sure something on their menu equal to the 4 dollars.

The high rating really had me thinking this would be my new go-to coffee place, but I was honestly kind of disappointed. The coffee was okay, but the kid’s strawberry lemonade was what really disappointed me. It didn’t taste fresh, instead it tasted like any normal strawberry lemonade you can buy at the grocery store.

Cute little container coffee shop with a drive through window. They even have hip stuff like vegan breakfast sandwhiches and oat milk lattes. Pretty impressive menu with everything from Thai iced tea and boba to passion fruit smoothies. Ask for vegan options and double check your order. There is a vegan on staff and vegan friendly owner but one person didn’t ring the order in as vegan so we had to double check but still it’s totally worth it to go here. Great spot!

Super fast & friendly staff! Love that they are local. This is by far the best coffee place in town.

First time trying and was disappointed. Staff weren’t friendly or helpful. The coffee drink we ordered came without any espresso.
