The raw bean selection is pretty good, but nobody seems to know what they are in this place. It is a struggle each time I go in to see what they have in stock and the prices. The staff usually giggle and say that they don't know much about coffee. What!?
I am absolutely FURIOUS at Sam who works with DeCoty/La Creme. This so called business professional has the audacity to text me at 11:16P.M. on the 4th of July telling me she went by a location that we are actively building out telling me that DeCoty and La Creme refuse to do business with us. The store is actively under construction there is no new signage on the building and so she called it the old name and ignorantly assumes that a business working to bring a Tea Culture into San Angelo which has only the poor quality of tea at Starbucks and instant brew everywhere else is not qualified. Anyone can buy prepared DeCoty Coffee and tea at almost every lube and tire center in town or mom and pop stores. However, when someone is in the middle of a build out to bring a Tea Bar into this town, with high end specialty teas we are not good enough. Apparently San Angelo is not classy enough to sell tea. She also told me before she canceled "I have to work my schedule around hers because she only comes to San Angelo twice a year and doesn't feel like this town is good enough for the teas" then is so discourteous and unprofessional could not have to moral fortitude to meet me and the owner at my store and at least tell me in person she wasted my time! Instead she text me at 11 at night up until 1 in the morning on the 4th of July.
This woman is a sad representation of a quality product, who clearly does not care about quality customer service. Even if that service is saying I am sorry I don't think we would be a fit, do it in person not at 11 at night on the 4th of July.
I have used their products for over twenty years and the consistency has not changed. The spices just add more flavor to your food and the coffee is to die for
You can't beat the freshness of the cup of coffee brewed here!!! And there is a gift shop inside with tea, spices and of course, coffee too. Stop by and get yourself some of San Angelo's best!
Absolutely horrible prices, way above market. cups that you can pick at sams for $40 they will charge 60. when they leave they want to pick up everything, including stuff which is not theirs

Nice little shop inside of the front of the plant entrance. DeCoty coffee is the BEST you will find! And spices too- every kind you can imagine.

Love buying my spices here. A little biased possibly because I worked here for 11.5 years
