Dutch Bros Coffee

This review is based on their customer service. I thought Chick-fil-A had the best customer service, but I think Dutch bro beats them by a notch.

This is my first time stopping at Dutch Bros. Their drive-through line doesn’t have speakers instead, it’s run by real life people that actually comes out and take your order. When you get to the window the person there not only are in charge of making sure you get your order correctly, but to have a conversation like a real coffee shop. I notice they write down questions of the day that they would asked the customers. Also they would write question that the customer would ask on the edge of the window.

Is an important aspect of grabbing a cup of coffee in 2023. It’s not all about having a gigantic menu or making the best Frappuccino. It’s very obvious when you look at Dutch Bros limited menu. Definitely will come back here again.

Didn’t want to leave a bad review but, 3rd times the charm.
Ordered a frozen lemonade for the kids and a warm coffee for myself. The frozen lemonades were not frozen at all. Already halfway melted.

We stop here daily since it’s right by the kids school. Won’t be returning as this is the 3 time they’ve given us half melted drinks.

PS, the whole letting the second lane cut in front of a line of people that have been sitting here waiting before them is bogus and rude.

I have visited this location 3 times and each time I go, “meh”. The customer service is great, they are all really nice! My only complaint is the coffee… It’s bland every time I drink. The first time, I got a caramelizer and it was good, I enjoyed it but I couldn’t taste any caramel flavor, what’s the point of buying a caramelizer if it didn’t taste like caramel. The second time I visited I ordered a Golden Eagle, It literally just tasted like the caramelizer, couldn’t taste anything but the coffee. And my most recent visit I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha Cold Brew, It tasted like coffee and water with like a hint of sweetness. I don’t know if it’s worth spending my money anymore if i’m gonna get coffee that tastes bland. If you like it that’s great, good for you! But for me personally, I wouldn’t come for the coffee anymore but maybe the other drinks on the menu.

I went to this place to get coffee while on vacation and I must say that I am officially a lover of Dutch bros. There's something about the taste of the coffee that I really love. I'll have to try out a local shop when I get back home. Shout out to the barista who gave me my treat, Taylor

Update: still 5 stars. Shining ones! 🌟 I have still yet to be disappointed in any aspect! My FAVORITE and go-to when I can't pick something new is the Golden Eagle blended (freeze, frappe). I haven't had any hot yet, but EVERYTHING iced or frozen has been delicious. The Chai lattes are very yummy also! I am not an energy drink fan, so I can not speak on those. I'd assume they taste good for those who energy those types of drinks.

Made the mistake of coming here in the rain. This is my first time, I’m assuming based on other reviews they have someone taking orders on foot most days? Idk, but right now all the orders are being taken at the handoff window.
I’m not exaggerating at all, but I’ve been here for 25 mins and I’m still 3 cars from the window. This better be some GREAT coffee.

Update: Someone popped up at my window as I was writing this. Now there’s two people taking orders. And I’ll have been here for over 30 mins to get one cup of coffee.

Post-coffee update: 31 mins total, the coffee is fine. Won’t be coming back until I have nothing better to do, the sun is shining, the birds are singing, and I SEE someone taking orders before I pull up.

They take the time to talk to you at the window and have amazing attitudes even when standing out in the cold! Will be back!

I've been a Starbucks guy for a while because they are the only place with locations around every corner. With Dutch Bros. Coffee coming to the area, we have another choice. They are quick and have some of the best menu choices of any coffee shop. Dutch Bros is turning into my goto stop for coffee drinks.

Best coffee…. cheaper than starbucks. You get to see friendly faces and also your daily caffeine. I can tell the baristas work so hard to keep the line moving even when it’s slammed. Dutch bros ≠ fast food. Each cup is made with care!

Custom coffee orders with a lot of default choices. I love to go here with my adult kids for a treat. Download the app for the best experience. Not a place to hang out though.
