Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch Bros is my new favorite spot for drinks. They have a very expansive drink menu: coffee, tea, soda, energy based drinks, shakes, etc. I really enjoy their seasonal drinks such as the Vampire Slayer and the Pumpkin Caramel Brulee. I always worry about drinks being way too sweet but I find their drinks to not be too overbearing. They can be a little pricey but at the same time; they have huge drink sizes as well. I recommend downloading their app so that you can get points towards a free drink. The staff seems to be consistently high school aged but they are kind, patient, and hardworking. I will be back... a lot... probably too much.

Love stopping by at this location because it is the closest to the freeway and always on my way out. I always order the caramelizer and will continue to do that each and everytime.

Really good coffee and cheaper than Starbucks. I had a nitro cold brew and it was delicious. Definitely will be coming back

Service is nice and they have a walk up window. However, we ordered two caramel mocha's. They were really thick and tasted like hot cocoa instead. I think they gave us cocoa and it was nasty.

Great new location right behind my house located in Richmond. I love how they are branching out. Drinks are unique and very good to try. The workers there have amazing vibes. Always a great pleasure with supporting my local coffee shop.

I was super excited for this place to open because I’m honestly over Starbucks at this point. I went through the drive through the day after it opened and it was pretty quick growing through since they had two lines going. The staff that was working the drive through line were super friendly and energetic, once I got to the window I received the same kind of friendly customer service. Honestly if I could rate based on only customer service I would give the place 5 stars. However, the drinks were waaaaaay too sweet. Apparently this is just how their coffee is supposed to be but I had no idea going in. I more than likely won’t be back because of the taste of the drinks but if you like sweet drinks and friendly customer service you need to give this place a try.

I've been trying all the local shops. I didn't used to be a sweet coffee person. However, they have other options such as their sodas and lemonades that are really well done. My only issue is sometimes my drink isn't thoroughly mixed when I get their sweet coffee drinks. There is usually caramel or whatever sitting at the bottom of the cup. Nitro cold brew is great, I know it's not made in-house. The staff are all friendly. They will try to start small talk with you which I enjoy, but I know isn't everyone's cup of tea.

First time customer. Give these women a raise. Aug 31 at 1 pm. Better than Chick-fil-A services helped me with the menu and taste twice as good as Starbucks. I'm coming back for the service but the coffee makes it easy to revisit as well

Love coming through their drive thru...always smile, super friendly staff and great coffee and muffin tops. Always so lively keep it up you guys are amazing

I had their Cappuccino. It was purely heavy cream and espresso. The taste of heavy cream was so overpowering that I couldn't enjoy the coffee at all. I have never heard of heavy cream in cappuccino. My knowledge might be limited but it was not even enjoyable at all. Yep, won't be back.
