Absolutely love Dutch Bros coffee and price but the wait time is sometimes ridiculously long! Every time I’ve been, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get my drink, yet after the wait my order is wrong! I know it’s a new location so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt, but a 15 minute wait for one drink is crazy.

Seriously the best coffee - if I want a drip coffee the Americano is unbelievable and if I am feeling like a treat the Caramelizer (frozen of course) is great. Love the menu and really like/appreciate that they open earlier than Starbucks because us early birds sometimes like a coffee run at 5am. Thanks Dutch Bros!

The only reason for 1 star is because is not what I expected. My husband and I were excited to tried it out for the first time. We ordered the blue rebel shark attack as it look delicious in the website description. Once we got the drink we got disappointed as it looked nothing like the picture on the website. As well the peach ring seemed to have the similar taste as the shark attack.

5 stars for the customer service. 1 star for the drinks. I ordered a lemonade and ice tea and they both tasted like the sweetest syrup. Didn’t like at all. Had to throw them away.

Feel like their prices depends on the mood that day or something. A hit or miss with orders and they’ll expect you to pay for a drink whose ice is already gone down from waiting in line 🥴 still like em over Starbucks tho

I’ve been to this location several times, and while it’s convenient, my orders have mostly been extremely sweet, way too milky, or they’d forget the added cream I requested in my nitro cold brew (happened twice in a row).
The signature ”dutch classics” they have are always super sweet, and if not sweet, super milky. If I ask for half sweet, that’s when I can taste the milkiness. These guys are the same price as any other drive-thru coffee. It’s a premium I choose to pay, but I rarely ever taste the coffee/espresso because it hides under the milk and sweetness, which is why I started ordering the nitro cold brew (with added cream to counter the strength).
The first time I ordered the nitro with cream, it was perfection. The second and third time, however, has been disappointing because they’d bring out the coffee, and it’s clear as day that they didn’t add any cream. I generally go in the morning around 9-10 on a weekday, so it’s busy but not insane to a point where they’re overworked. When I ordered, the guy specifically said Irish cream can be mixed in and then they’d add the soft top on top. It’s also disappointing because I use my Dutch pass app and add a pre tipping option. When I pulled up to the window to wait for my (originally incorrect) order, they were oblivious to the error. I usually am hesitant to bring up errors if they are working on fixing it, but I told them this was the second time this has happened and all I get is a lackluster sorry. After tipping, my order was $6.95, which I also can’t change even after my order was messed up. I’m very inclined to just use whatever cash I have left in the app and just going back to Starbucks.

Usually love Dutch bros for this service but wow this location. Every employee we encountered was so extremely rude. The Hispanic looking girl at the window with the brown tie dye hoodie was unbelievably rude and disrespectful the entire time. We said thank you and she slammed the window on our face. She should just sit in the back where she doesn't have to interact with people. Not to mention our drinks were extremely watered down and didn't taste the same as they usually do. Complete waste of money.
