So the subway is closed by 9:30 cause they don’t feel like working. We been traveling all day for 10 hours and look forward to this but they denied my family. While everyone inside just ran around playing. Doors were open the guy (didn’t catch his name) told my husband rudely it’s closed. But he didn’t close the doors and it’s not 10pm with food outside... Please fire this night crew on 8/13/22 at 9:25. WORSE EXPERIENCE at a subway. I wish I could leave no stars it’s a joke.
Worst experience I ever had in a Subway. One employee helped us while 2 coworkers just watched. The one helping us took literally 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, slowest sandwich assembly ever seen. Cookies were completely raw, flattened globs with a questionable sheen. Card reader wouldn't work and after multiple tries, they blamed our card. (We tried 2 different cards and the customer behind us had the exact same issue. It wasn't our card.)
Went to get a sandwich and was out of pickles, banana peppers, and jalapeños. I had already paid for the sand which. Service was terrible as they just kept talking to other employees instead of focusing on customers. Terrible experience.
John was very friendly and caring ! He made sandwiches with pride and has a very clean area too ! Well stocked with fresh veggies and bread which was great too! We’ll definitely come back again when in the area! Great deal thanks 😊 FYI my visit was March 13,2021 around 10:20am
Sandwich was good..but service sucked. Took forever to get helped. Everybody knows everybody and they had to talk about all there business, and no menu at all. Glad I knew what I wanted and what a cold cut was. Not clean at all.
Came in wanting to order a wrap but they were out of all wraps then ordered something but out of all the bread choices but Italian bread which was not cooked well. It was still very white or under cooked. Not happy with the service. The environment also felt unwelcoming.
I can't believe you have no little pizzas. And no way to use my gift card. Get geared up to take gift cards. People paid real money to your company. Should be able to use it
