The boba here is ✨delicious✨. Like, soooo good. Definitely quality teas served here as well! But the best part was the customer service. The ladies at the counter this evening were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful! Definitely appreciated that positivity.

I honestly love this place and their wide selection of fresh teas! But my absolute favorite drink, so far, is the sea foam caramel coffee. It is very rich and not too sweet; the foam cap is amazing and adds a great complement to the organic coffee. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

this place is amazing!! the teas are so flavorful and delicious. they have different samples out everyday and they never disappoint me! i have talked to the owner a few times as well and she is super sweet! i love the whole atmosphere in there with hawaii vibes and also playing kpop. Overall i would really recommend this place if you want some really flavorful drinks or just a place to sit and chat with your friends :)

This is my second time coming. I liked the tea both times, but I can get tea anywhere. The lady behind the counter today gave me a bad vibe. She was appropriate, but not warm or friendly. I could not determine what I wanted and she made NO RECOMMENDATIONS and gave a sky laugh (fake) when I suggested that the menu was a lot. I only came here to support a local business. The product is great, but you have to act like you WANT a customer. So I will not frequent the place because it was not welcoming. Starbucks is always an alternative!!

I had a matcha latte and went back a couple of days later to order the same thing. To my surprise it was made iced this time and when I said I wanted hot they removed the ice and warmed up saying “they don’t guarantee the taste”. The lady said I had to specify I wanted a hot matcha latte. So make sure you tell them how you want or else they will assume for you.
I took a sip and told them it tasted bland but nothing was done. They weren’t busy or anything, there was one other customer in the store. I guess remaking one cup of latte costs more than a returning customer’s satisfaction.

This is my favorite place to get tea and coffee. My favorite items are the Thai ice tea and the earl Grey milk tea. So yummy! My husband is a fan of the coffees and my kids love the slushes and the smoothies with boba.

This place is awesome! Their drinks are authentic and fresh made to order. I love that you can choose organic milk even in drinks that don’t normally come with it.

Stopped by the new Prosper location today after my girls soccer game. Great atmosphere and a variety of choices. The owner Penny was great and so was the TROPIC OSMANTHUS Hot tea she suggested!

I absolutely love everything about this establishment. The customer service, the ambiance and of course the delicious drinks. Everything I’ve ordered is delish - I highly recommend.

New place I took my daughter to. Workers were great. They lady who took our order made great recommendations. This will be a regular stop for us going forward.
