I had the best experience here. It was super cold today so i stopped to get a hot coffee. I can only get sugar free coffee so they had many options for me. The coffee and breakfast sandwich that was made for me was very delicious. The baristas were super nice and helpful. And made me feel comfortable while i was ordering. I’m going to come here often when i need a coffee ❤️ 10/10 ✨ thank you scooter’s!

So far the Best blended (or frozen) coffee I have ever had. Scooter's has done a masterful job of designing and running a premier coffee ☕ shop. They have regular, iced, blended coffee s and they also have breakfast sandwiches (delicious). I will try the brunch/lunch sandwiches soon but the breakfast sandwiches where Very good and really surprised us with the taste 😋.

*Remember, they don't have a dine in experience so you need to drive up or Walk up to get your order. The Servers where helpful and curtious 👍. This is definitely my new favorite coffee shop and I am glad they opened one near us✅

I ordered a breakfast burrito and let me tell you what it was like. Do you enjoy paying for wet soup tortilla filled with glop? Do you like your breakfast microwaved until everything not sopping wet is hard as a rock? Did you bring a bowl with you to eat your soup burrito? Then this is you place!!! The food here makes McDonald’s look like a farmers market! If you hate fresh food, this is your place! If you love microwaved garbage you could buy in any laundromat vending machine for a third of the price, this is your place! Welcome to scooters! Enjoy your glop!!

Much better experience this time. Didn’t have to repeat myself. Got the total at the time I ordered. Didn’t have to wait long. Received what I ordered including a receipt. Drinks were HOT.

By the way I drank all that ground coffee that I purchased 6 weeks ago. It was REALLY good!!

I was very much looking forward to this new location at Custer and Parker opening, but I worry for its future. I sincerely hope that you can improve your operation at this location. My goal of visiting today was to buy a variety of ground coffee for a family member, and also patronize a new small business in the neighborhood. Let me tell you about my experience today.

* Taking the order: had to repeat myself more times than there were items in my order; items finally confirmed, but total not given.

* Window service: had to repeat details of my order AGAIN multiple times (why!!??); items delivered to me one-at-a-time instead of all at once in a single hand-off; got a bonus bag of ground coffee, because they ground the wrong kind (yes, even after confirming my order so many times). To their credit they realized it and fixed it -- thank you. I didn't get a receipt. I have no idea how they arrived at the total. Hopefully it's correct!

* Drink order item: "hot" drink was NOT hot and therefore already lukewarm by the time it got home a couple MINUTES later. "Here's your lukewarm hot chocolate honey! Enjoy!"

* Ground coffee order items: delivered in PASTRY bags, because they were out of proper bags, but not informed of this at the time of ordering. I was told about it at the window as they were handing me the coffee. "Hey thanks for the heads up!"

I strongly suggest that if someone asks for ground coffee, then you make it clear to them EXACTLY what is available at your store, because maybe they won't buy it, save their money, and avoid the regretful experience.

Was I wrong to think that the ground coffee you sell on your website (pre-packaged and sealed) would be available off the shelf at your physical location? I'm really shocked that you gave me coffee like this. The bags aren't even labeled. By the time I got home, I had already mixed up the bags and forgotten which one was which. Anyway, how can I give this as a Christmas gift?

The answer is I cannot. Instead, I've transferred all the coffee grounds to freezer bags to keep it fresh, and have done my best to label it. I will drink this myself. For the gift, which I still need, I'm going to Starbucks.

Speaking of Starbucks on the opposite corner, if you want to have a snowball's chance in hell of competing toe-to-toe them, then you better get your act together, and do it fast.

I'll give the crew an "A" for effort, and they were friendly. It would be great if they could also add competence, effective communication, accuracy, and speed of delivery to their attributes.

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews for businesses, because having worked in customer service I do know how hard it is to please customers and pull off a 5-star experience. But this experience was truly poor from start to finish, so I feel compelled to be honest with you. It's the only way that you can improve and hopefully remain a thriving, profitable business in our neighborhood.

I will try again in a few weeks and see if things have improved. If they have, then I will gladly update this review and give you a higher, well-deserved rating.

Went this morning and Sydney and Brittney were wonderful in helping me navigate the menu. They suggested so many options to find my perfect drink and abandon Starbucks for good.

Their drip coffee is my favorite, but today I tried a matcha and wow! This was so amazing!

Moved from Houston area, and I was stoked to see my favorite coffee joint from there here in Plano. It's just as good as I remember, if not better. Don't forget the warm chocolate chip cookie. I genuinely love this place and hope it does well. See you tomorrow.

Drinks are delicious and the service was quick and friendly. I had a spicy sausage breakfast burrito the other day. It was like...gas station quality microwaved burrito, not something I would buy again.

I first ordered their Mocha hot latte, so good!! And the blueberry muffin, awesome!! I had to go back later that afternoon and tried their red velvet cake bites. Let’s just say they had someone’s Grandma making them in the back! They were so moist and good, 1 bite melted in your mouth. I also had their fruit smoothie but asked for. 1/2 peach and 1/2 mango, OMG!! What a delicious melody of flavors across my palate!!

Great customer service + excellent menu= a great place to go!!

In for the first time from out of town! Love this Scooters location! Brittany was so helpful, her cheerful personality and excellent customer service makes her an excellent ambassador for your location. If she’s not already a manager she should be!!

Wow, I am just so impressed! The quality of the coffee, food, and service is next level. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I have honestly never been a "stop and get my coffee every morning" person, but this scooters has become my go to happy place in the mornings. Obsessed with those oat milk lattes! Mmmmm :)
