Dazzle Coffee & Smoothies

I am born and raised mainly in North Austin/Pflugerville and so glad to see this coffee shop still holding it down in the heart of Pflugerville’s historic district. When ordering through the drive thru; all baristas are so welcoming and remind me why I’m proud to know the Austin culture of just friendliness and kindness.

Special shout-out to Barista Amanda. She is a wonderful spirit and assisted me with my order when I was short of change getting my ice coffee recently there.

I came here on the day they had the Pflugerville Pfestival of Lights. My beverage was great. The problem was the man running the window was not kind and appeared agitated. I understand he may have been busy but he had a nasty attitude and was not friendly at all. Maybe he needs more customer service training. He also could not even try to hide his frustration. I later found out that they were short handed that day and he was apparently frustrated because people were walking up to the window instead of driving through and apparently we were supposed to order from one side and pick up on the other side. We all could have done that had we been told but he nor the other person on the other side of the window never said anything. We are not mind readers. I still like Dazzle but if I see him working the window again, I'll go elsewhere.

I try to support but every time I visit in Pflugerville I buy a sugar free vanilla latte & it’s watered down and taste pretty bad. Today is is 1/23/21. Just visited about 30 min ago.

Small drive thru location with quick service. They have a nice selection of milk alternatives if you avoid dairy. The line spills into the street if more than a few cars are ordering.

I don't typically like drive thrus but these guys are fast, accurate and friendly. I always get a good cup here

I have been coming here since they opened 11 years ago. The staff is always friendly and sometimes really funny. I love the variety of options and the prices can't be beat. Way way better than the 'other' place in town. Just beware of Shelby! Just kidding.

I love this coffee and have since they opened years ago. We moved away from Pflugerville but when we go back to visit Austin, I make an effort to go there. My favorite drink is the Caramel Americano! Starbucks is my go to regularly where I live now, but Starbucks cannot make an Americano like Dazzle!

First time visit: My friend ordered a jalapeno-cheddar scone, and a smoothie. The scone was cold, and when asked to have it warmed, they responded that they cannot do that due to covid-19; the less than desired smoothie is made from powder instead of fruit; and they do not accept cash for payment, but had a sign on their window that cash is welcomed for their baristas. If cash is unwanted due to covid-19, then why allow the staff to bring it into the facility? Too much contradictions due to covid-19!😡

The wonderfully nerdy humans working there today where like a warm day of sunshine on this rainy day.
The coffee too was just exactly what I wanted. Not overly sweet like Starbucks because its made with quality beans you can taste they dont need to hide it in sugar.
Yall made my whole day better.

Dazzle makes the best Chai Lattes that I have had from any coffee shop between Pflugerville and Seattle. Although the drive through location isn't ideal and irregularly roundabout, the crew is friendly, quick, and accurate. Thank you for your delightfully delicious drinks.
