Some of the prices wew a bit confusing, the prices on the she'll did not marcha at the registra but, there's no one there to ask..once ay the register you either pay or have to back and I guess take apicture of the sign...

I asked about a table that had scratches and deep wood chips. That had been marked down for 5 months. The female associate didn't want to help me . She called for a manager, that I later found out was a district manager. He stood there with her and another employee and laughed. You may as well say laughed in my face. Asked the female associate if she had a marker. Then told me he was not taking anything else off. The table next to it was the same and for the same price..
I can safely say I have unsubscribed to their emails and will never set foot in their stores.

One of my wife's favorite stores, can't say I don't enjoy some of the stuff they have, like how they have all kinds of chairs to match maybe a dining table you have at home. One thing I hate is looking for a matching pair of anything here, they never have it or it's damaged... Ex pillows, lamps, etc

Huge store and lots of parking. Great store, great staff, good prices & sales and the store & restrooms are CLEAN!!! This store has so much, so plan to spend a little time here. The store is well organized and easy to navigate, but again, it is BIG!!!!

Great service and selection. The manger actually came and introduced himself to me and other customers. Haven't seen customer service at this rate for a long time. There are sales throughout the store at 75% off.

Zack, the manager of the Pearland (Texas) location refused to sell me a floor model tree today because he was “too busy” and it was the last one of its kind left (D26). I had just come from the much busier Webster location where I witnessed them selling the floor models. I drove over 30 minutes to this location because the other location was out and he was very rude. I tried to explain this to him and he didn’t care. We had to wait for about 20 minutes to get him to even come over to us in the beginning. At first he said he’d get the tree but it wouldn’t be in the box. Then he walked away and came back and said he was too busy to sell it to me. He never even offered to take it down later when he was less busy and let me pick it tomorrow or any kind of compromise. He just kept saying no. He was extremely rude. After all this I said I was going to call corporate and he said ok and went back to his office. He wasn’t even on the sales floor and yet he was “too busy” to provide good customer service. He treated me like I was an inconvenient waste of his time. The tree was almost 300 and I was planning on spending at least that much more. Zack has no business being a manager. Now I don’t have a tree because he couldn’t be bothered to make an attempt at any form of customer service. I’m terribly disappointed in the way I was treated and that I won’t be able to get the tree I wanted even though it was at the store.

The experience was very nice. Employees were great and I found some great artwork.

Store is amazing to say the least. So much to choose from and prices that don't help lol. I would say best place to get your Christmas decorations from by far. Large selection and low prices you can get alot done for a small price.

The place is good it's a good location the store is so big they have everything you need the prices are too high the stuff looks good I'm definitely going back.
