Boba Etc

Actually been here twice, tried to go quite a few more than that.
First time I waited over 20 minutes to be given a tea with no boba and told rudely that they were out of boba.. after I waited.
Second time got in there 30 minutes after they opened and was told the boba wasn't ready yet. Went ahead and waited and the Boba was chewy in a bad way, tea was good though. Figured we'd give it another shot.
Every other time we've tried to go they are not open during posted business hours. Every time.
Save the time and go across the street. Tokyo Express is more reliable and consistent, just have less options which is why I wanted boba etc to succeed.

Cool place, with a nice vibe, but unfortunately will not be back. It was the third time we tried to go, the other two they were not open during posted business hours.

When we arrived there were three other customers in front of us, plus some call in orders I guess, most had drinks and one had ice cream.

They had one young lady only working, the other employee had left for some reason. Many choices they were out if stock on. Long story short, after an hour we finally got our drinks.

Typically I wouldn't give a place one shot, but this isn't good business practice.

Drinks were pretty good. My partner and I got the butterfly pea tea. They were out of a lot of options and weren’t serving ice cream sadly! No biggie but the young man working was quite rude. I felt like he didn’t want to serve us. He seemed very annoyed and irritated.

I really love this place! However I came in with my family and ordered 3 rolled ice creams, but the people taking my order then replied with a huge sigh saying “oh my gosh” then the other told me “sorry it just takes so long to make it” I felt bad because it had been busy! But I also felt like it could have been said a different way or in the back where I couldn’t hear it. ( it happens we all get mad some point in time with our jobs lol ) I haven’t since had a good experience there. I just wish there was better customer service!!

I would give this place a 5 star but every time recently go in there I don't 100% feel welcomed but the lady up front. She's been there for a couple of months now and it's always the same feeling that I felt like I was a bother. Other than that, drinks are very good.

Renee (hope I didn't misspell it sorry) was super sweet and went the extra mile to satisfy us. Poor lady was working by herself but she got our smoothies out pretty quickly. Girl deserves a promotion if she's not already a manager.

I had the Caramel Almond Rocha rolled ice-cream and Mango Smoothie. I love it!

i didn't really like it. it took forever to get our drinks and we were at the front of the line. i got a smoothie with boba and the smoothie tasted like nothing it wasn't sweet at all. other than that the staff were pretty nice. if you really want to get good boba definitely go to dallas

Super good and they served us very fast. Definitely will be coming back!!

First time coming here and first time ever leaving a review on anything, but they for sure deserve one! they were so sweet and welcoming! recommend 10/10 :)
