I've given this place a chance many times and the only thing that's really great about it is the atmosphere. I love lattes and the ones here are not the best..... served watered down or way too hot. pastries are also very dry and don't taste very good 🥲 I'm so sorry to say this but it's my honest opinion. There are definitely better options for local coffee that I've tried and I would rather drive 20 mins away for a good latte.... I will not be coming back.

Kora coffee makes great coffee whatever flavor you like hot or cold! Inside you will find a cozy and relaxing place to sip your coffee, and outside there are several patio tables to relax and enjoy the Texas weather while enjoying your drink! We stop here a lot on our weekly cycle rides, join the rewards program to get free drinks after so many visits! It’s just a great place!

I absolutely adore Kora Kora! It's some of the best coffee I have ever had and I drive 15 mins out of the way, past 3 other coffee places to get to it. I have never been disappointed. Their seasonal flavors are always excellent, but the baristas are always willing to suggest something tasty as well. I love what the new owners have done to the inside- it's a cute, trendy place to relax. But they have kept true to what Kora has always been about- delicious coffee.

I am updating my review and giving it 5 stars. I decided to stop in a year later and see if it had improved now that the indoor area was open. It was busy with guests and very inviting. To my delight they made an excellent latte with art and it didn’t burn my mouth. Thanks to the owners for emailing me and asking for a second chance. The staff are also happy to be there and are very friendly. Great little place! The scones are great, too

The atmosphere is great and it gave perfect niche business vibes. The woman who took our order was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, after ordering and everyone else I was with having their orders done and out, I had still not received my coffee or food. Since it had been about 10 minutes, I went to ask, and the 3 baristas had no idea what drink I was asking about until one went "Oh yes, I'll start it right now." I asked how my avocado toast was doing and another barista pointed to the back and said "Yeah, we know, she's actively making it right now." I also want to note that my boyfriend ordered a bagel and only received half of it. The avocado toast and drink came out promptly after asking and the toast was delicious. The drink on the other hand tastes like a bad shot of espresso with a dash of raspberry. This would be a good place for smaller groups of people, not 4 people since they don't seem capable of handling that many orders at once. If you're a party of 2 or less, I think you'll have a high quality experience.
Edit to respond to owner:
I would love to review the camera footage. Since I was on my phone and chatting with my family and my mom had time to finish a muffin and boyfriend had time to finish his half a bagel, it seemed longer than 3 minutes but who knows! Maybe all our time clocks were off and we eat food very quickly. As for the drink, generally speaking, coffee places know how to balance their shots so you have a nice blend of espresso, milk (or other dairy/non-dairy product), and then the flavoring (for lattes). In the case of this drink, the espresso was very heavy and didn't taste like a good shot of espresso, and then there wasn't much (as I said, a dash) of raspberry. Since you mentioned they were new employees, this makes sense.

My favorite coffee shop in the New Braunfels area, so cozy and they make the best lattes. Snag a table and stay a while if you can, they always have nice music playing and a great ambience. The avo toast is good too!

This is a cute, hidden coffee shop in Gruene. It’s little hard to find but if you pay attention to the signs off the road, there’s one noting coffee shop pointing to the parking lot. Once you park, walk to the right side of the shop, then go around to the entrance. I had the Chai Coffee and it was good.

Re-opened under new owners, who are sweet and super friendly! Inside is open, post-covid, and is fully remodeled. Beautifully decorated and super comfy. Menu doesn’t have prices, which is a pet peeve of mine.
