Java Jacks Coffee House

Fun little coffee house. We were able to stop here on the road so we could both work remotely. The staff was friendly, wifi was decent, and we were able to take meetings in the downstairs area. Upstairs in the dome was much more scenic but seemed to be a designated quite space.

Worth a stop!

This is usually my favorite place to go in Nacogdoches over franchise coffee houses. My favorite drink is the cafe caramel latte on ice. However, lately it has not been on point at all. I don't know if they have someone new making the drinks but it has been very bitter. The drink is 2 pumps caramel + 1 espresso shot, and milk of choice. This tastes like 2-3 shots of espresso, a teaspoon of caramel, watered down milk. It's been awful and I don't think I want to risk losing more money by giving it another chance. 😭

Coffee shop was very nice. Coffee was good and the people were very friendly. I ordered the Milky Way and the Turtle. Both tasted great. Best coffee in Nacadoches.

Wow!! We were traveling back home and I was needing some coffee. We stopped off here and I'm so glad we did. Both our coffees were excellent, my daughter also got a chocolate croissant that she said was so delicious. I loved the atmosphere inside the place, the perfect place to grab some coffee and food and just visit with friends. The staff was very friendly and provided outstanding service. Wish y'all were in Seguin, guess we will have to make another trip to East Texas. Thank you for the great coffee and delicious croissant.

I like their blueberry muffin. I'll have to come back to try other things. I've only been downstairs but they have an upstairs area.
Prices are a bit high though. Paid a little over 6 dollars for muffin and scone.
Overall good service.

This place doesn't know Jack about coffee. They don't have a qualified barista on staff just a stuck up self-righteous little Karen. A double espresso straight shot should not be $4 and if it is it should be very good. What it should not be is what I was served one ounce of very bitter very flat no crema espresso. And then when I asked her about the flat very bitter no crema espresso with a snarky attitude I was told she pulled it into a shot glass and then dumped it into my cup losing all the crema. If the snarky self-righteous spoiled little brat coffee girl, not a barista she would have happily not served a shot that looked like garbage.

Iced white chocolate mocha is absolutely delicious. Starbucks who? No thank you. This place is so chill and the decor is abstract funky cool.
