The owner told my boyfriend and I that this place was a passion project- a dream his wife always had. It’s marvelous. Our litmus test for a coffee shop is always a plain hot latte so we can taste the flavor of the espresso beans. We’re from the east coast, where you can’t throw a stone without hitting an amazing coffee shop. This place could stand toe to toe with any of them.

The staff is extremely kind and understanding. There’s great communication between the servers and customers and the chai latte is amazing - even the spiced cardinal! The bagels !!! And most importantly their coffee cake is awesome!

1st time going to this coffee shop and loved everything about it. The frozen Matcha Frappuccino was delicious!!! I'll be stopping by again when I drive through Muleshoe, Tx.

Great atmosphere, I love the Brown sugar, cinnamon latte. Her mom makes the BEST pound cakes😋. Great owners Rico and Crystal 👏🏻👏🏻☕️

Was in Muleshoe for work, stopped by Red Cardinal Coffee and had one of their iced coffees - it was fantastic! Will definitely be making this one of my "go-to" spots in Muleshoe when I am out that way.

Awesome place to get coffee! The blueberry coffee cake is amazing! I am a big fan of the iced chai tea latte. It's so good!

It was lovely. I appreciated the staff understanding I needed a sugar free drink. They made the best mocha Expresso with sugar free vanilla syrup. Just awesome. I will be going back.
